      Dominion VA Power is the worst. My bill has been running extremely high for the last 3 to 4 months so I contacted them to tell them that my central air hasnt been working for 1 to 2 months so my unit hasnt been on my bills have been running over $200.00 every month so I contacted them and this representative tells me that I am still using services even though my unit is not working. Now the heck is that possible. I havent gotten anywhere with them. I called them to come out and recheck my meter and they supposedly did. I think they are basing my service on last years reading. I dont know what to do.

      Horrible ***************** They also tack on this bull s*** initial charge of $240 dollars.

      We had a huge tree branch fall on a wire and immediately called to report it. Dominion came out, cut the branch down, cut the wire, and destroyed our mailbox. We called that evening after we were home and reported the issues. The woman opened a ticket and we left it at that. That Monday the cherry picker could not pick up the massive branches due to the wire being tangled in the branch. We called dominion a few days later and found out they closed the ticket without doing anything. We opened another ticket and when they finally came out they said the couldnt tell us if the wire was live and that they couldnt do anything about it since it wasnt their line - even though they cut it and left it in our ditch where our children play near. I asked specifically since they are the ones who cut it and left it if they were going to do anything about it and they said no, we had to call the city and figure out which cable company it was connected to. Completely useless company and employees. Now we have no idea who to call with a potentially live wire feet away from our driveway.

      On july 2022 I recurved $342.00 which is terrible , For the lasr 10 years my highest **** was $225.00 . In july 2022 I spoke a nice customer service ,she put me in ***************, Starting fro. July 2022, but they charge .e all $342.00. it took me weeks to talk the customer service, today I found one who could help me nothing, I told to him to transfer me to supervisor , was same s""""". Woresr experience I ever had in my life, very disappointing ?? was cheeted $200.00 !! not fair.I had bad day, ohhooo Dominion Energy??#

      Horrible company. **************** doesn't care if you are dying in the heat. You are just a number to them Will choose any other provider if I could

      **** ************* Three (3) hours and still waiting for the right **************** person to back-date my **** to August 1st since my Tenant left at the end of July. As of 8:00 AM AUG 8, 2022, I've been calling and constantly been transferred Incorrectly to the wrong department to have this one simple task completed.Stink, Stank, Stunk customer service experience from ********************** SHAMEFUL. This is the WORST customer service experience ever. Since 8AM, constantly calls transferred incorrectly, unacceptable Hold time, unacceptable that **************** can Not properly transfer a customer to the correct department.Upper Senior Leaders, it is absolutely SHAMEFUL how you treat your paying customers.
