I bought $12,000 flooring from LL flooring a year and a half ago. I've been chasing it for the last 9 months to get it fixed or replaced. It's separating. It went to corporate in April. I've been trying to call 25 times since April 22nd asking to speak with the manager with no manager ever calling me back. I left messages every time I've called bad business

Terrible company. Floors were installed 2 months ago and are starting to crack on the corners. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else

We purchased a new floor in 2023.We waited close to a year after to make sure we found all of the issues that could occur from a year's length of time of walking on it and all of the seasons to file a warranty claim. We were definitely not happy with the installation and how it was slopped together in some places (especially the baseboards) they left ledges from joining pieces together that you can ****** see and feel, they didn't putty the nail holes. For the flooring there is a room that had 3+ joints that bowed/warped and the inspector claims the sun did it and it's not under warranty. Other areas they didn't make the planks long enough (at least 3 planks width) that happen to go to a transition to the kitchen. The Inspectors also took off all of the baseboards in one room and just left them off. It has been over 2 months with the baseboards off.We ended up getting the repair quote and I immediately asked if we could dispute the claim. ***** from *************** acted like I was crazy and blew me off. Then my fianc and I would call MULTIPLE TIMES trying to speak with ***** from case Management and he would basically screen our calls. So, we would call customer care. ******** care would just say that they can only put a notification in to speak to *****. We were told we can only speak to our **** Manager and no one else. Over a month went by, we called multiple times, multiple customer care call back request were put in and no one would call us back. We then called again on 5/24 and they transferred us to the *************** supervisor, and of course, she was out and customer care said would put in a call back request.NOPE. a whole week went by, no call or email. We called back today on 6/3 trying to get transferred to the supervisor for ***************, customer care said they couldn't do that. Then, FINALLY ***** called back saying that we were the hold up on this not getting completed. We paid $22k originally. Now, they want another $900 to fix it.

Ive had nothing but problems with my floors. They are breaking, cracking and peeling. My case manager **** was absolutely useless. Never in the office, not knowledgeable with the issues I was having. I purchased $5,000 worth of flooring less than 2 years ago, and it is completely falling apart. Ive had to put gorilla tape on the cracks just to prevent my 1 and 2 year old children from getting injured. Theres a total of 8 cracks (meaning the tile has literally cracked in the middle). This is my first home and my biggest regret was purchasing my new tiles from LL Flooring. After 1 month of filing my case, I was told theres nothing we can do to help you. The tiles are garbage, my contractor who installed them did a wonderful job installing them. What is more disappointing was the lack of communication for ONE MONTH and when I had ONE conversation with ********** was shut down. Ive sent multiple pictures for proof, called for a follow up 8 times just to be told theres nothing they can do. If anyone who enters my home gets injured because of the flooring, Im going to have to take legal action, then youll have to do something about it.

LL Flooring and the sub contractors they use are incompetent!! We had our flooring installed by SW Contractors and the installation has had issues from the get go. We have opened repair cases with ll flooring and had warranty work done FIVE TIMES. The warranty is only supposed to be a year on work, which they did extend a little for us, but several of the repairs took more than 12 weeks to even get someone out to make even attempts with. If we would have spent less time waiting, we would still be within our year window, since the way the floor was installed, it was bound to fail! But why, as a consumer should any floor need to be corrected 5 times!?! And this last time, they asked how the installation was and I alerted them to an issue immediately and they sent a different contractor out to inspect the issue who sent a report stating it wasn't installed right and has hallow spots now, but now LL Flooring claims it is out of the warranty window and won't do any repairs usnless we pay for it. Even though this was an immediate response to the subcontractors and the work they had done just days prior. They have offered us money, $250 and now upped it to $500 as a credit to us. But we are requesting all of our installation costs returned at this point. Oh, and the flooring we had installed, is now discontinued, so if we want to redo our floors with the same product by someone who is competent, then we now have to get and pay for completely different floors. The run around they give you and lack of real communication is unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS! YOU WILL REGET IT!

Poor company service. LL Flooring refuses to warranty their product and services as advertised. I strongly advise avoiding doing business with LL Flooring.

Buyer beware. Do not purchase flooring from this company. Our flooring is falling apart after 3 years of install. Cannot get ahold of anyone at the company that can help us or call us back with information. No one has followed through after several phone calls. What a waste of time and money. Unfortunately for us, we need a new floor now!

I have become dis-satisfied with the follow-up from the *************** store to correct matters that I complained about. I am satisfied with the product and most of the installation. The installation that I was dis-satisfied and was promised correction by the Aurora store was not fulfilled after several inquiries. I initially encouraged a neighbor and my parents to seek out LL Flooring for their needs but have since convinced them to shop elsewhere. Both entities have gone elsewhere and purchased from their Aurora/****** competitors. I have learned that the Aurora store has been a "HOT MESS" for over a year relative to management and employee turnover. LL Flooring uses a plethora of subcontractors & not all of them are reputable. I would STRONGLY encourage the public to shop elsewhere relative to customer ***********************

Ordered ****************************************** my hallway. Paid online and had it shipped to my local store. When I went to pick up the 24 ft. that I had paid for, I was told that I owed more money because the website sells flooring in quantities that is not consistent with the packaging of the product. I asked if a lot of customers pay in full online and wind up owing money when they arrive to pick up their purchase and was told yes and to complain to HQ and pay an additional $49.94 if I wanted the flooring.

Don't buy from them! Flooring falling apart within weeks of being installed by a professional. LL flooring will do nothing to help, they take no responsibility. Told me the lifetime warranty was void, they will find any reason to void the warranty.
