  We replaced the carpet with flooring from LL Flooring. Within the year, gaps started to appear. Contacted LL Flooring who said Not our problem, contact the installer.Floor did not hold up. Still under warranty but . Poor quality that looks good for a few months.

  Zero stars.wasted 2 weeks of my time. Called, informed them i needed a flooring option that is available for pickup in 3 days, assured me it would arrive in 2-3 days **** They offered to transfer from a store to local store to ensure that happens.I make payment of over $12k no tracking sent, no replies to emails. Day before due date & still no reply from salesperson, i call destination store, they say the notes on order say customer called and cancelled order. I make it clear that isnt true they offer to look into it. Dont get a call back.That evening get email telling me order was picked up and arriving tomorrow 100% on time. I schedule my help to assist pickup and unloading the materials in the afternoon. Following day, due date, i have my guys rent a truck and get ready for pickup. i call local store, no delivery. I call customer service and tell them the story they say theyll Look into it. Get another email from salesperson telling me that order was just picked up from origin location and will arrive next week and she doesnt mention anything about saying the exact same thing a day ago nor that theyre now going to miss the delivery day she assured me they wouldn't miss. I now wasted 4 hours of work crew and truck rental. Monday no delivery, Tuesday i call local store and she says they received my order but its only half of the order and she doesnt know why. The salesperson finally reached out, and to be honest after her poor communication and empty promises I was surprised they let her be involved with the situation further. She apologized and said she doesnt know how this happened but that they will offer me complementary floor underlayment for free, an almost $1500 value, to make up for the trouble.There is total lack of Whats going on with the entire team at LLFLOORING and they all keep saying, this has never happened before, which seems very unlikely, and by the end of this experience its likely they are trained to say such.

  LL Flooring is an unbelievable s***** company!!!We have ordered a discounted LVP, paid the deposit, waited for the product to arrive, they have cancelled our order 3 days ago without informing us because we didnt want to buy their labor of installation.

  Purchased 8k worth of flooring but received two pallets worth with two different floors, struggled to get any real help from the store I purchased it from as they wanted me to load up a whole pallet worth in my vehicle and do their job for them. Took over two weeks arguing about delivery drivers and how its not the company but the manufacturers fault. Trash customer service. Never again

  I purchased laminate flooring for my entire house back on 2019 with inheritance money from my Dad. It cost over $11,000 and within a year, the product started cracking and chipping. The product is awful and it didnt help that that the installation company did not float or make level before installing. A claim was submitted to the warranty group who sent someone to inspect. That individual said that it was the product that was the issue. After a lot back and forth, LL offered me $1,500 which was an insult to me as a consumer. Stay away for LL Flooring!! They are scammers and peddle poor product.

  We will NEVER use this company again. We purchased flooring from the ********** store, and it has to be reinstalled all over again due to the salesperson not informing us of the necessary materials needed to install it to prevent moisture. We have contacted the main office multiple times- emails and phone calls and they will not pay for the removal or reinstallation. Terrible customer service, supervisors and follow up. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

  Warning Warning Warning Beware dont buy from these thugs . Nothing but a pile of trash Its so bad the better business bureau doesnt recognize them . The c*** of a floor crumbles in your hand all that is accept the high price it cost. The so called 25 year warranty is there is no warranty. Its always blamed on the person who Installs it. I promise you Its absolute garbage being sold and they accept no responsibility. I wouldnt recommend buying it for a doghouse. Its the worst customer service in my 63 years of dealing with any type business. Every person we dealt with had a defensive, very nasty attitude. We have bought other flooring in the past from this Company but will never ever buy from them again . And we will inform our many friends of this bad business practice. Its actually a zero score out of five.

  Went in and found some flooring. Sales rep tells us that they have everything but a third of what we would need. Great. We purchase that and set up for a rep to come out and measure. Get that. Then no contact. Have to call them to find out they don't have our flooring. Am able to order it from another store for delivery except they gave delivery person the wrong phone number. Call them, get things sorted out, get the product delivered except we are missing T-Molds. Call them and they are mailing them. Day before install, T-Molds aren't here yet. They were lost in mail. They have other ones that will come the day after install. Installers come. They threw out any flooring we had left over because they considered it trash. And I'm told I paid for them to remove the trash and so therefore I paid for them to throw away extra, totally good product? Really? Then I'm told "I" ordered the wrong T-Molds when I ONLY chose the flooring. Other T-Molds ordered but now installers aren't returning phone calls and LL Flooring isn't responding to me either. So I have 8 T-Molding pieces that are two different types and no one to install them and LL Flooring has my money. Crappy customer service.

  Bunch of theives and con artists. This company claims to stand behind their flooring and then when you show them it does not stand up to high traffic or and it was put down the way it should, they want you to pay hundreds of dollards to have professionals to come to prove how it was put down. It is is insane. Then they stole our box of flooring and never returned it and claimed they would pay for it, that was ******** and then never answers your call when you ask where your box of flooring is, I can assure this company if they actually think we will not take this to court they are insane, we want people to know do not use this company, they are con artist.

  I asked the sales person to show me the Vinyl floor sample selection. I chose a sample of flooring I liked and I asked the sales person again if that floor was Vinyl and she again told me yes! paid for and carried product home and the installer said that was not Vinyl. 1. She sold me a Laminate floor not Vinyl. 2. I gave her floor measurements, she said I needed over 2.5 times of the product actually needed. She kept smiling and grinning for no apparent reason which made me think she was being sneaky, Pulling a fast one. upon my return of the product she admitted that she didn't sell me what I asked for and then walked over to her male co-worker to quickly ****** me out of the store. As a Black Senior citizen I do take offence to being taken advantage of. I will never shop at any of their stores and I will be doing a Yelp review. As a old per I don't have the time or money to waste!
