      LL Flooring has a false advertising. It states that they charge $**** per square foot to install flooring. That is not true! They are lying about that pricing. It is $ **** if you have more than 200 square ft. However if you have less than 200 sq ft they charge you $ **** per sq ft. They changed their name but continue to have false advertising.

      Absolute disaster. I spent almost $7k on hardwood. Once delivered and left to sit for 2 weeks, the installer found that 35-40% of the boards were warped and unusable. 20% of those were different widths. T-Molds and stair noses are all warped and mostly unusable.When I called the store I was given a cold and robotic response of "we'll open a case with ********** ************* boards will take two weeks." We had to do a full inspection of the load- the installation is painfully slow as the installer has to fight with each board and make sure the width is correct. LL Flooring's response should have been "wow we are sorry for that, we will do everything we can to make it right". Instead I have to chase corporate every day and get the runaround. My wife is an inch away from a breakdown and the installer is ready to walk away. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. LL just takes your money and leaves you hanging out to dry. NEVER AGAIN. How do you ship $7k or product without doing any QC? I want full recompensation.

      My wife and I bought Flooring and Moisture barrier from LL flooring in **********. We had a professional installer put the floor in. Under six months later the floor started failing in multiple places. After multiple attempts to speak with some at LL flooring we were finally told because they did not install it they would not back it. In addition the customer service person blamed ** for the failure. Our contractor has down multiple flooring jobs and stated this was ABSOLUTELY a product failure. All we wanted from LL was a credit from them to replace the floor. NOPE, offered ** a $200 credit!!! That's rite, we spent $1600 and they offered ** $200! Look elsewhere with a company that will at least back the product. Now we are stuck with this floor can afford to do it twice. Thanks LL, great customer service!! And it's happening in multiple locations.

      Bad cheap product. Cracks appear and separated connections. Given a store credit with a we will consider this matter closed comment. Should have realized that this was a no win situation. Will definitely not ever set foot in a LL Flooring store again. Pulled up what we had purchased and trashed and got a different floor from elsewhere. Very disappointed.

      Just save the hassle buy some where else. We bought a flow that was sopost to water resent. Basement had suffered storm flood. Floor on ground 2 mo thay stated thay could not do any thing I stated the floor was being but in the basement when we bought the sales men said nothing when he sold me a non water proof cardboard floor it warped and stated peel 2 hr after getting wet. I adz that get it was not covered by warranty but as a store and it only.on the ground for 2 mo it less the right ting to do would to credit the account and apply 2 the purchase of a 100%water proof floor........ nope not at all save your self the hassle buy some place else

      I returned unused extra laminate flooring to LL FLOORING in ******* ** on the 15th of February 2023. I originally purchased 41 boxes of flooring to install in both living room,dining room, and kitchen. LL flooring in ******* ** gave me extra flooring in case it was needed. I was told the excess laminate flooring could be returned. I paid cash for the flooring and so I returned flooring to the ******* ** store. They told me since I paid cash the corporate office would send me a ck in 3 to 5 business days.It is now April 4th 2023 and no ck has been received by myself I have spoken numerous times to both the ******* store and the corporate store in ******** with no refund received. The corporate office said they cut a ck on Wed and mail on Friday and it takes 3 weeks to return the ck via ***** I don't know any mail service that takes 3 weeks to get mail to the recipient. I have asked to speak to supervisor and after 6 weeks I spoke to **** who told me a ck would be cut Wed and mailed Friday...no *************** later. I told her to cancel the ck that was supposed sent on March 3 because I never received it and she said she would create a request to cancel lost ck and have another mailed out. In the meantime I have touched bases with the ******* ** store and they are aware of this dilemma but are unable to help or put pressure on the corporate office to speed up this process. I made the mistake of paying cash but I have paperwork from store showing return and I was told I would receive ck in 3 to 5 business days on March 15th.The ******* store states they don't have cash to reimburse me but corporate office will.I have offered to send them an self-addressed certified envelope from the post office so I could track status if and when ck was sent. The LL flooring corporate office stated they can't accept a certified envelope to put my ck in and mail it to me.This company LL flooring both the local store in ******* ** and the corporate office in ******** keep putting me off

      In April of 2021, we purchased flooring for our upstairs living space, from a supposed reputable company. By summer of 2022, part of the kitchen area was cupping and coming apart. We tried to obtained more product to replace it, which would have been costly, and the only way to fix the problem. We found out there was nothing available within the company, and that the product was no longer available..After finding the paper work and realizing there was a 50 YEAR warranty, I contacted the company, to see what could be done. That has been a real joke. ( The warranty might pay if the floor is worn or marred). After answering all their questions, taking and sending all kinds of pictures, we waited. After a month I called, they told me the case was closed, because of non-contact. They did not contact us at any given time, via, phone or email. I gave all info again for a return call. Four times, I called with no response of a courtesy return call or email. The last call, I finally demanded to talk to a supervisor, who in turn, had to contact the case managers supervisor, then, she had to tell the case manager to respond, and did so with a major attitude. Then just to tell me it was something I did wrong and I could pay for a third party person to come out and evaluate what the source of the problem is. I also, had to inform her to send me an email response of our brief conversation, and a copy of the warranty. She however, did send me a contact for a third party specialist. We laid all new (sub) flooring prior to installation, following instructions, per the manufacturer. Our home is kept at ***** degrees and approximately ***** percent humidity. Dealing with this company and their product has been, to say the least not very pleasant. They dont stand behind their products and their customer service is rated in my opinion below zero. I can see why they are not an accredited member of BBB. Stay away from this business, unless you want to throw money away.

      Ll promised me a product that would stand up to my 12 year old dog who was having accidents. My flooring is 6 months old and the color is fading and the floor is cracking. A vinyl waterproof floor was suggested. Someone was sent to access the problem I was then told more than likely Llflooring would be doing nothing. I have spent over $5000 on materials and installation. Being a senior citizen the money I have spent on this purchase is very hard to come by...I thought I was dealing with a reputable company this was an extraordinarily big investment for me...I expected years with this purchase not 6 months. Don't be fooled they will sell you a product that is inferior and their warranties are bogus...

      I purchased a floor from a supposedly reputable floor company, not knowing that he was using LL flooring and within a year and a half the floor started. It was very very hard to clean. It looks like the whole linoleum is coming up to the lack it say, the vinyl flooring looks like the flooring is just peeling up. If you walk on it and your feet get dirty, and in a couple of spots, the actual forest cracking Ive sent the information to the company and all they want to do is give me $500 credit towards a new for which I wouldnt even use them again I wanted that you know the $5000 that I pay 44 so I can get a complete other new floor with a new company and they refused to do it, so I am filing a lawsuit against them. Do not use them. Their customer service is horrible. Theyve been messing around with me for several months and I cant get a result out of them other than what I just said

      Only 18 months after being professionally installed our floor (****** House Hickory 9/16x7 1/2) started to crack and split apart within the middle portion of the boards. We expected this would be covered under warranty since the product came with a 50 year warranty. Complete photos and detailed description of what was happening was sent to LL Flooring.LL Flooring notified us that the warranty was not valid and there was nothing they can do.As our floors continue to crack & split apart we will be forced to replace the entire product in the next few months. Not only has LL Flooring cost us over $10,000 in material and installation, it's now it's going to cost us even more to remove and install another product. LL Flooring sub par product has even caused us to get splinters in our feet.Best Advise/Buyer Beware .... NEVER PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM LL FLOORING UNLESS YOU WANT A PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. Rating: So Poor That A (1) Star Is Way To Much LL Flooring continues to remove this review on their website.
