On 10/13 22 I was talked into making a $1421.40 purchase at te goodfeet store where I recieved several empty promises. I was told these insoles were DR designed and came with a 10 year warranty also my sales rep promised to contact me after 4 weeks to have me come in and remeasure and scan my feet. I never heard from them again until My fiance called there main store in Virginia when he left one short voice mail. I did return to the store on my own 6 weeks after purchase date to ask what was going with my insoles that had lost all support and form and were actually just flimsy pieces of plastic. I was givin a new set of insoles and told sometimes there are defects in supports. The same thing happened to these after three short weeks. I have left many messages and have even stopped by only to be avoided by my original sales person. After looking into reports and reviews online it became clear to me I have been completely hustled into this purchase with no options of getting help from the stores no return policy. I would like any help possible making this right and most of all notifying the other potential victims of this complete scam. I don't understand how they are getting away with this injustice. Please help. Thankyou.

Company claims to correct plantar fasciitis. After 1.5 weeks my husband had to see his podiatrist as a result of pain caused by companys products. Podiatrist had him put in a boot cast to relieve pain.

My husband purchased products from your ************** location. It
He explained his podiatrists diagnosis of plantar fasciitis and the fact he received a cortisone shot for it. After a week of wearing these products, he could not walk or stand at work.
He returned to his podiatrist and showed him the products and explained his experience after wearing them. The podiatrist told him not to use the products, and put him in a boot for a period of a month.
He was convinced after seeing your commercials your product would cure his problem, even though I thought it best he return to his podiatrist.
This is the exact reason my BBB complaint listed Deceptive Advertising as rhe reason for the complaint.
It is my opinion that your company cannot provide products to miraculously cure a persons medical condition.
It is for this reason, I expect a full refund for the cost of your non-medically proven products. We will be more than happy to return these products that did more harm than good.
       I appreciate your expected resolution.
       Thank You,

After having two back surgeries and some remaining nerve damage due to the surgeries, Ive purchased arch inserts on 31 October with claims that they would help correct my posture and alleviate the remaining back pain that I experienced. The first set of arch support that I used were painful to my feet so I went back for an adjustment. However, the second pair caused the pain in my back to worsen. It is been over a week now, and the pain has not subsided enough for me to, even if I wanted, go in for another adjustment. I called corporate on December 12, and was told that they would have the owner of the store call me back on a couple days, but no call. I called the store and again no return call. I believed this companys advertising and the inserts would help regain the remainder of my mobility that surgery was not able. This company has made false allegations about their product, caused me personal injury and just plain stole me money.

On 10/14/2022 my wife and I went to the Good Feet store to get help with her left ankle. She had a serious injury years ago and surgeries since. She walks on the outside of her foot. We met with ******************* and explained her situation. **** said their system could help. She explained gave us a price of *******. We said we would think about it. She said no charge for 30 days and we could try them. If not happy, bring them back for a refund. We agreed. My wife didnt feel they were doing anything, so she went back for a refund. She met with the manager. I think his name was ******. He suggested she try an aggressive support and return in two weeks. The support caused excruciating pain. We saw ****** again. He suggested another support. If not happy we could get a refund. My wife tried at the store and said they felt OK. She tried this set but again, they didnt seem to do much. On 12/2/2022 we went back. We met with ****, and she said we would get a store credit. When we asked to speak to the manager, she said he was at home with his boy. We said we would handle it through the complaint process. She made another call and miraculously, he was walking across the parking lot. He also said we would get a store credit. When we said we were not told this, they lied and said we were. It is apparent these two have done this before. **** quickly pulled out our original receipt which does say in small print refund for store credit. On 10/14 she brought the receipt and said initial the bottom. We were told a refund so we didn't look at what appeared a general charge receipt. We were also not told the initials agreed to the store credit policy. Had we known this , we would have never agreed. Why get a credit at a store where the product does not work. It is apparent they were stalling to make sure the credit was charged. The total charge was *******. We want our money back and a public apology for this scam. Also, some disciplinary action toward **** and ****** is warranted.
