5 starsThe business called, confirmed my phone number and let me know the date of when the delivery was going to take place called me on the day of the delivery 30 minutes before the driver was to arrive to make sure someone was home to sign for the delivery and the driver was very helpful and very kind and put our delivery where we wanted itReview fromEmily P

The delivery guy was extremely professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, and knew how to ensure that my package was not damaged while loading it from the truck. Please ensure that next time he has a partner to help him. The load was oversized and Im amazed at how well he maneuvered everything. He deserves a raise as well so you can keep him on your payroll. He will go a long way in your business if you invest in his success and provide the tools necessary to keep him safe and happy with his work. Very impressed overall! Thank you! ??

The delivery driver was one of the rudest persons I've ever encountered. After saying I wanted to inspect the package as instructed to do so on the label outside the package, which stated "high value item please inspect before accepting" the driver roughly said I don't have time for this turned around and walked off. Totally unacceptable Behavior.Estes Express Lines
