The driver called beforehand as we were told he would then arrived right on time. He was also kind enough to move the 800 lb pallet being delivered inside our gate instead of just dropping it at the end of our drive as we originally requested. All in all, the whole delivery process went much more smoothly than we could ever imagine. Thank you so much Estes!Estes Express Lines

Extremely poor communication, no information given when they failed to deliver and when escalated to management and ********** corporate - they still failed to deliver despite guaranteeing delivery 3 time for different days. 1 starVery dissatisfied with the scheduling process! I was told it would be delivered a week earlier. So I took the day off work without pay.I was called later that day of delivery and told,it would not be delivered on that day. The manager ****** told me there was nothing he could do.What really upset me was his disregard of the situation. It seemed as if he did not care that I lost a day of pay for nothing. Ended up having to wait a week to take another day off,for this delivery.And was told I would be one of the first deliveries. Gave me a window between 10am-2pm and did not receive my order until 3:15 or 3:30. And then when the delivery came was asked by the driver to help push up my drive. 1 starEstes picked up my chicken feed from VA on the 19th of Aug. and the destination was **********, **, 6 1/2 hours away. I called the company and was advised that they hired a third party to deliver the feed and that it was to be delivered on the 29th. We had to cancel our order and get feed from another source on the 3rd. I would not recommend nor use this company ever again.Review fromKevin M

5 starsMy experience with Estes was very good. I didn't realize the delivery to my home was going to be made in such a large truck, however. I live in a rural area, and the driver wasn't able to make the turn in my driveway. As a workaround, I coordinated with the driver to meet in a nearby town where we offloaded the delivery onto my pull behind trailer. In the end, two special order interior doors arrived at my home in perfect conditions.Review fromKara S

5 starsThe delivery was exceptional! The driver was amazing and very skilled at moving the large vanity out of the back of the truck. It was quite a sight to see! He asked where I wanted the pallet and I requested it to be put at the back of my garage. He placed it exactly where I needed, even though it was a tight fit. He was flexible, professional, kind, and skilled.The only thing that I would have appreciated was the 30 minute phone call prior to delivery. I was home and waiting, but I did wonder when they would arrive.
