Ive been trying to have an issue remedied for months now. The communication (or lack there of) is horrible. To date, they havent explained the process, provided timeframes, or expectations. Ive called at least 8-10 times. They provide email addresses in their voicemail but dont spell their names nor respond. Im not sure how theyve remained in business with the lack of professionalism.

Have not opened the box completely. Assuming by the condition of the box, I will rate it a 9 on the last question. Box was not dented nor had no sign of being banged around. Driver delivered box with so much care as if it was his own merchandise .Estes Express Lines

I had to unload almost the entire truck of pallets with my forklift and place them in my yard and along the street just to get to my package that was placed up in the front of the trailer. Also my pallet with my package was damaged during shipping and I could not get forks under it to unload it safely. The driver told me it was secure while I was getting it down off the truck and it was not and it fell off the back of the truck onto the ground damaging it even further. After dropping my pallet off the truck onto the ground and eventually getting it out of the road and into my yard I then had to reload the entire load of pallets back into the truck.Estes Express Lines

Good Morning,Thank you guys for delivering the product I ordered. And a huge thank you to your truck driver.I was not home my wife was and she said he was very helpful and pleasant and professional. He was even able to get the product in my garage where it would not be stolen or harmed by anyone. So for what it is worth please pat your driver on the back because at the end of the day he represented your company very well and at the end of the day he did a great job, he represented your brand very well and I think deserves to know that his actions are recognized and appreciated by the customers for his duties not just job but his duties and commitment. Also the product wasnt suppose to be here until the 19th of May 2025 and it came the 15th of May 2025, 4 days early that is awesome. Thank you all.Estes Express Lines

1 starThis review really hurts me to make because I am a previous employee from ********* who left on good terms and really loved working for Estes. Due to life changes and seeking to be closer to my son, I recently needed to relocate to the East coast. I was supported by former contacts of mine to apply for a position at the **********, VA terminal. I received an offer letter and made my way across the country contingent on drug/screen/background check. After all of those subsequent items were completed and to my knowledge satisfactory ( documents supporting) I was told my offer was rescinded. No one told me why the offer was rescinded and I've reached out to numerous people internally to seek some answers with none being provided. The hiring process was a process but I was happy to help and do what is necessary to join my previous work family. I'm not sure where the breakdown happened but I feel "tossed aside" "unimportant" and completely violated after I committed in good faith with my offer letter. I hope that this is not the level of communication given to customers and current employees. Hopefully, this will be read and taken to heart going forward in practice so that customers and empolyees the same are treated with dignity and respect as I do not feel that currently.Review fromWilliam m

I am totally impressed with the delivery man! He went above and beyond to unload the very long and heavy boxes where I had hoped to put them. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable about handling the oversized boxes all by himself. I didnt get his name, but he certainly represented Estes Express Lines very well, and deserves to be recognized. I will certainly recommend your company to everyone I know!Estes Express Lines

This made me pick a star but Zero star. is what I really select. communication was below. my standards had two different delivery dates. delayed times, no communication. no call. when the shipment showed up they blocked my building. couldn't get in or out package was damaged. skid was busted highly do not recommend this companyEstes Express Lines

I contacted the local dispatch office today and was directed to ******** *., an Admin based in ***********, ** office. She was extremely professional, responsive and very helpful. She took the time to inquire about my needs, took down my information and promised to follow-up with my request. By the time I finished composing an email to my team, she forwarded me the information that I requested which was a great help and a huge time saver. I interact with folks in the transportation field on a daily basis and this is by far the quickest and best service that I have received to date. Thank you ********.Estes Express Lines
