Our delivery driver was very kind!! He was on time, fast and efficient and wished us a good day! Really excellent customer service and he should be recognized for that. Thanks for a great experience!

1 star only because they have been polite during their complete incompetence. Today was the 4th time the delivery was cancelled. I understand we have had inclement weather in my area but that was last week and things have been fine since then. Last week, the 3rd time I had set up delivery, the driver called as requested so I could give him exact directions on how to get to my house. I asked if he was in a box truck (which I had requested and was assured they could provide for delivery) he said no, he was in a 60 foot semi-tractor trailer. How do they expect to deliver to a home residence up a 500 foot driveway and around to the back with a 60 foot semi-tractor trailer. I was told they would deliver it in a box truck. Today I took another day off work, yet again, to await delivery. I called at 11 to confirm it was out for delivery and they said it had not been assigned to a driver yet. They just called at 1:30 to tell me they will set delivery tomorrow and it will be delivered in a 30 foot semi. We will see if the driver is skilled enough to get his rig where it needs to go, to get my materials where they need to be deposited, without taking out a fence or tree. Everyone I have talked to has been nice enough. They just can't seem to stick to their agreements. We will see what happens tomorrowEstes Express Lines

The delivery driver was very nice and very professional. He explained that company policy precludes delivery inside the home and kindly took my delivery from ***** to my carport to keep it from being in the rain after we determined that the delivery would not fit on my front porch. I am elderly and expected ***** to deliver the order, a vanity for my bathroom remodel, inside my home (foyer) to keep it from being damaged. The fault, in my opinion, wasnt Estes or their delivery driver. It was the fault of *****, knowing that my order was a piece of furniture that would be damaged if left in the elements. Another delivery choice wouldve been nice that would accommodate older folks who need extra help with heavy deliveries (mine was almost 350 lbs) or for anyone who has an order that would be damaged outside for lack of ability to get it inside.Estes Express Lines
