I received the following message, but it is false."Your shipment has been delivered! Thanks for letting Estes serve your shipping needs. Questions? Reply STOP to opt out.The shipment was not delivered as promised and paid for. The driver was an hour away when he called to inform us that he would not deliver to our address. Throughout the entire time, every communication with Estes included the instructions for delivery being on 7 miles of unlit dirt road. Every time, we were assured that would be no problem. Finally, after discovering you were holding our shipment at the ********* terminal, I called and spoke to Faith, who again assured me the delivery conditions were not a problem for their drivers, she scheduled a delivery date for 1/5 between noon and 5pm. At 3:17 pm, on 1/5, the driver, *****, called from a location an hour away and informed us he would not deliver to our address.To avoid the tedium of a play-by-play, the bottom line is that my husband had to meet the delivery truck, off load approx. **** lbs into his pickup truck. Then, drive the 7 miles of unlit dirt roads in the dark, returning at 6:30 PM. But, the shipment still needed to be unloaded from the pickup. This is not a task a 78 year old disabled veteran should need to do. This entire shipping experience is unacceptable. We did not receive the service promised or paid for.

******* was amazing! This is my second delivery with Estes/him. Why arent all deliveries this easy and friendly? I actually will look FORWARD to getting my items delivered if he is the one to deliver them. He is an asset to this company. Love ******* (I believe he is from *********)! Items were in perfect condition, he communicated the whole time giving me a precise arrival window, and he is so professional, funny, and friendly. Thanks *******!Estes Express Lines

Deliver was A day later than confirmed date. No one notified us of the delay. Delivery was not received in time range. Truck lift size was inadequate to handle size of pallets - pallets extended over edges with greater possibility of tipping and falling off. Pallets required help of 2 additional strong men provided by customer to get pallets off truck and delivered.*****Estes Express Lines

Horrible customer service does not come close to my experience with Estes. I called and every person I was connected to gave me the "OH SORRY THATS NOT MY JOB, BUT I WILL CONNECT YOU TO SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP YOU". Ultimately, no one helped me after speaking to over 11 different people. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, the manager was about as qualified as a dog walker. I will never use them again.Estes Express Lines

I used ESTES for an in-state shipment, I followed the Bill of Laden request along with my shipment and somehow everything has gone haywire. I have been calling to resolve the shipment issues and all I get is the run-around. Passed to several different people at ESTES and yet no resolution to my shipment. So now a 2-day shipment is now on day 20 and still no callbacks from ESTES, no resolution, and no invoice, but my package is at the terminal waiting to be paid for.... and yet nobody at ESTES can help resolve the issue. I guess this is what ESTES thinks is "Going the Extra Mile"Estes Express Lines
