      My shipment hasnt moved since the 15th of October. It is now October 28th. I called and they have no idea. We are approaching a week past the original delivery date. Find a better company. Stick with ****

      Estes Express Lines is, in my opinion, a very untrustworthy shipping company. They are slow to deliver! I was promised that my mobility scooter would be delivered on a certain day and it was not! It is still sitting in their warehouse. I'm beginning to wonder if they even know what theyre doing. I will never do business with this outfit again.

      Great experience with the driver, communication and his concern for my delivery. I especially appreciated that he took the time and care to place the delivery out of any possibility of weather damage and in a way that I could unpack and set up myself.Above and beyond my expectations.Thank you!

      Working with Estes whilst dealing with there cyber attack will be the end of my business with them. I sent a LTL crate out a few days before they got attacked. Due to the attack, my crate misses its delivery window by 12 business days. My client could no longer accept the crate at that point. With no other options I needed to get the crate sent back to me. Estes thought it would be nice to charge me $750 to get the crate back to me due to their lack of cyber security. Needless to say, I will not be sending anymore business there way.

      100% failure in customer communication. They received incorrect shipping information from the store that I made a purchase.. I called and called trying to correct this and never received a live person. I was. continually put off to a recording. consequently my shipment ended up at the wrong place, and now I'll have to pay to correct it.

      I am Finally going to write a review after 3 years of many ********** deliveries and EVERY 1 this company manages to s**** up. Today I have waited 8-3 for delivery. Of course it is 4pm AND STILL NO ARRIVAL. The sofa has been sitting in my city warehouse for 33 days !!! 2 wks ago they say we have been trying to get hold of you by email & couldn't (ummm how did it get an email then?) I replied 7 times for 1 week to arrange delivery. NO RESPONSE. Then they call saying same thing: could not get hold of me??? They had my # AND EMAIL. Also, the delivery window of 7 hrs is UNREASONABLE. Further, they attempted to drop off on my SIDEWALK REFUSING TO BRING TO MY DOOR??!?! How the h*** am I to bring a sofa in like that??? This could literally be 9 paragraphs but suffice to say THE WORST DELIVERY & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

      I made 3 attempts to let Estes know a semi couldnt get to my house, even calling your dispatch on the day of delivery. She assured me that it was coming in a box truck, not a semi. When the driver got close to delivering he called. He said he was in a semi. I was so mad! I explained that his appointment person told me that very morning it was coming in a box truck. We had to come up with a new delivery address to receive our item. Yall have a serious problem with your communication. In particular the people who should be making sure of how the products are be delivered and when. Youre not giving enough notice as of when it will be delivered. The morning of is too late. Your customers should know at least a day in advance. As far as your delivery guys go, they are top notch!! Always very polite and accommodating.

      The delivery driver called me when he was thirty minutes away from my home to deliver my dining room set. He also reached out and sent a picture that the package was delivered to me via text. He was very courteous, respectful, professional and friendly!

      I wanted to share an experience with EEL. I ordered a pallet of tiles from ******************************** who used Essex Express to deliver the tiles on a pallet to my house. First, Essex Express was supposed to call me to schedule delivery - they did not but just showed up to the house yesterday 10/9/23. Then, the guy asked my 20-week pregnant wife to help push the pallet **** down the driveway, which she of course is not allowed to do. Note, my driveway is not inclined at all and shouldn't have been an issue. She remarked that the driver had a terrible attitude and, out of frustration left the pallet of tiles halfway in the middle of the driveway and halfway in the road. And drove away. Note, we were not able to back out of the driveway without driving in the grass. If this experience isn't one you'd like to receive from a delivery company, I'd recommend going with another vendor. If only I could post the pictures I took...
