1 starWorst delivery company experience ever. We called 3x and we're given different stories on when to receive an appt for home delivery. Our items sat in the ********* Warehouse for more than a week, instead of moving to the Home Delivery team. We scheduled to pick up our items, called the morning of pick up, and confirmed the items were ready. We arrived at noon to pick up the items, but they had been misplaced/lost. We were told it was assumed they were put on a trailer and accidentally sent without being tracked. These were two fireplaces, so they were not small packages. Called Estes 3 days later and our items were still missing. Reported the issue to ********** and the items miraculously showed up the next day. We still needed to go pick up our items from the ********* Warehouse, in fear they would be lost or missing again. Our original delivery date provided by ********** was January 26th, we did not receive the items in hand until February 8th. No one assisted my husband with loading the fireplaces into his pickup truck and he fell while loading the items. His back is bruised with a brush burn. The Estes worker did ask if he was okay. 1 starOk, well, let's start with the 1-5 appointment. According to the timestamp on my camera the delivery was made at 730am. The driver never came to the door. It was to my understanding that this service was to at least bring it in the house. Instead the table was left in the driveway. The glass to box is damaged, I have not opened it to check the actual top. Driver never obtained my signature, so I I'm sure so who signed for it. There was no call to say hey I'm running early or to say hey is Wednesday a good day? Because I would have said no Thursday is better since I'm off, but I burned a vacation day for no reason.Review fromRick F

One of the shipping crates were coming apart but all the products were intact. The driver was very careful and helpful with his method of tailgate delivery.
He communicated the delivery timetable well and was on site exactly when he said he would be! Thank you!Estes Express Lines

I purchased some barn doors from Lowes. When I received the shipping notice from ****** I noticed they were being shipped to a home I haven't lived in for about 18 months, which is over two hours away. I called ****** to attempt to resolve the issue. They told me the doors had already shipped, there was nothing they could do, and I should dispute the charge with my credit card company. Thinking that wasn't exactly ethical, I called the Estes number and was connected to *********************. ***** said the shipment had not yet been received, but she wrote the shipment number, my name, phone number, and correct address down. Two days later when Estes received the shipment, ***** diverted it to the correct address and communicated with me that the issue had been resolved. This was a ****** problem...not an Estes problem, but ***** fixed it. I would not have been upset if she didn't. She could have simply said there was nothing that could be done, but she didn't. She went well above and beyond what I would consider necessary in this situation. She was courteous and professional. Every employer would be lucky to have ***** work for them. Do whatever it takes to keep her around!Estes Express Lines

*****, one owner business, only employee for 24 years selling and servicing industrial machines, I have to wear all the hats.Not an expert in shipping freight, as my suppliers do this for large items. Estes Representative was very helpful and polite, walking me through, creating a quote for a equipment sale pending.Kodos !Estes Express Lines
