      We had a great experience with Estes involving a skid that needed to come back to us. Everyone was very helpful and the process went very smoothly. Their communication with us was excellent. I would certainly recommend them!

      The ********** terminal deserves a BIG SHOUT OUT! I had an amendment to my freight order and they were able to seamlessly assist as well as provide a reasonable delivery window with instructions for the driver. ******** and ***** were particularly helpful. A++It is rare to have such stellar service from a freight company.

      Expedited Delivery was fast. Driver was friendly and professional. Shipment was received without any damages. Would definitely use in the future.

      Very poor in communication. Products did not showed up at the promised date! Follow instructions very poorly.Products were not strapped properly when being delivered, therefore, shipped date were delayed even more!

      Good prices and we can be confident about the delivery date. They deliver on time, however, I'd recommend some improvement in the quality of handling the items as sometimes they arrive damaged.
