      First off a truck broke down and instead of loading into a new truck and delivering that day they changed the delivery date. Then when you delivered my package instead of bringing to my house on a 20 foot wide gravel road. My package was left at the rural main road by the mailbox all day long. With the risk of package theft thats a terrible idea. Very disappointing that the driver did not bring it to my house down the gravel road. Ive had semi truck and trailer deliveries brought all the way to my house so this one was very disappointing

      Package was delivered on time in perfect condition. I have no problems. Its all good!

      I am disabled and had no way to get my new tv off the pallet and into my apartment, plus I had no way to discard the pallet. The delivery driver removed it for me and helped getting it inside and took the pallet back to the truck. It was pouring rain and he got soaked, but never once complained and went above and beyond so my new tv wouldn't be sitting outside until I could find someone to help me get it inside. I really appreciate his kindness. I also appreciated the phone call the day before stating it would be delivered the following day as well as texting me updates.

      I use Estes on a regular basis and they do a great job getting loads picked up and delivered for my customers in a timely manner. If there are any issues they're always quick to reach out and get the situation resolved. One of my favorite carriers!

      ********************* was very responsive and most helpful. I was trying to locate my order from the distributor, who directed ** to Estes. ***** found the order, set me up with the scheduler and I had the shipment the next day. Bam! Just in time, and with one phone call.******, the driver out of ******* was terrific. He was patient and understanding and broke down the heavy load for residential delivery.Thank you.
