      This was one of the best deliveries I've had in more than a year. I was alerted to the delivery the day before via email and text and the driver arrived in the promised window. I couldn't be happier.

      Delivery person was very professional and arrived on time. The product was damaged, most likely by a forklift. The countertop was gouged but we installed that on the underside so it was still usable. Thank you for your excellent professionalism and service.

      WORST DELIVERY EVER!! I just had a king size bed frame delivered by one of your drivers and it was the poorest excuse for a delivery Ive ever experienced! The truck pulled up in front of my house so I go out to give the guy a hand as I can see he is alone. The guy barely says hello to me and then tells me that hes got to take a couple of pictures. So I go inside to let my dogs out back. By the time I get back to the front, his dumb a** is already pulling away! This poor excuse for a delivery driver left a 300lb pallet not only blocking my driveway so I cant get my car out, but also blocking the sidewalk so people are forced to walk into the street to get around! Im 57 135lbs soaking wet, so as you can imagine, this is a tremendous pain in my ass!! I dont where you found this ******, but he should probably be delivering something that aligns with his skill set, such as carrier letters! Hed still probably find a way to f*** that up too! Pathetic, is the only word to describe his feeble attempt at a delivery! I had the same exact bed frame delivered on the 31st and that company pulled it off of the truck and brought it all the way into the house, because thats how deliveries are supposed to work! They had 2 guys who got the job done quickly and efficiently. You guys sent one ****** who probably needed help tying his shoes when he got out of bed. See the difference?! I will be sure to never have your company deliver anything at all to my residence ever again, as you are clearly not capable of doing the job you claim to be able to do! Thank you for making this the worst delivery experience Ive ever had, and Ill be getting ahold of the BBB and posting this poor excuse for a delivery on all social media. You should fire that half wit!! Have the day you deserve!! Pathetic! F****** pathetic!! You Are Horrible At Your Job,****

      The driver for this delivery was amazing!!! Wasn't sure how it was going to work with a 18 ******* delivery but couldn't of went any better. Please give that driver a " thank you" from us as we were extremely happy.. the only reason I gave a 8 on the last question was because the packaging and a few items where damaged.. but with the distance it was shipped can not necessarily blame it on este.I will have to deal with ****** for that issue.

      Worst service ever. Not only didnt the driver call to tell me he was on his way or ring the door bell to let me know he was here, he dumped the three pallets of tile right in front of my garage door! I couldnt get my car out! And I certainly couldnt move three pallets of tile (Im a 69 years old female)! Plus one box of tile was completely damaged into ******************. Other boxes contain damaged tiles also. Either this. delivery driver couldnt care less about this delivery or he has no brain.

      The original text message I received never updated tracking each time I clicked on it I had to actually go to the website to put the pro number it to get tracking updates. The last mile delivery driver called me when they were only 10 minutes away (while I really appreciated the call and fortunately I was home at delivery addresses because of Christmas vacation and everything worked out perfectly more notification closer to actually delivery date would have been helpful since this was a $1000 item I would not have wanted just left in my driveway. The last mile delivery drivers with the straight box truck and lift gate were awesome. The 2 guys were super nice and accommodating and careful getting the basketball net off the truck. I did receive a text confirming delivery was completed. Just a simple text earlier that morning stating my item was out for delivery by end of day would have been helpful though . Thanks Estes

      Please add more frequent delivery dates to ************** from ************* terminal. ************* Terminal is small and doesnt have space to house freight for twice weekly shipments up here. Process went out of control when ************* misplaced our pallet and didnt know if was still in their possession for over a week. We have to buy from another vendor to avoid Estes. 20 days to express from ******* ** to Port Chatlotte .

      The day it was supposed to be delivered it didnt come. When I emailed them they said I refused delivery and I asked that it be delivered the next morning at 7:00 AM. Then they said if I did it again they would return the item to the seller. This was all a lie. I never heard from them. I would rather been told It got late, the driver couldnt make it..Instead they lied and threatened to return the merchandise to the seller if I refused delivery again. Terrible way to do business. They also said the driver would call 30 minutes before the delivery. That never happened, although I didnt really care much about that. I understand running late, I dont understand lying and putting the blame on me. By the way, the driver was polite and helpful.
