      I have had to call both Estes and Lowes on multiple occasions to understand where my purchase is and when to expect delivery. My experiences with ***** have been nothing short of miserable. My experiences with Estes have been better. I understand that there are shortages in every industry and have set my expectations with that understanding. My shipment has gone wrong in almost every way possible, causing some frustration and stress. While I am trying to be patient and understanding of the current issues we are all facing, I am still hopeful that I will receive quality customer service. I finally found it! Delivered by your customer service representative, *****! Please know that he went the extra mile, took a few more minutes to look into my issue, and explained the issue and the process going forward. He is what makes your customer service team great! Thank you *****!

      Great company delivered earlier than stated , excellent job and great people, thanks for moving a car out of my driveway for load, because my 89 year old mother in law can not drive anymore who was the only one home at the time !!
