      This was easily the worst delivery experience Ive ever had. The driver stated his truck was already over the legal weight capacity which shows the company doesnt care about regulations then the lift gate was not able to support the weight of the pallet so our $8,000 worth of flooring tumbled to the ground causing significant damage. The delivery date was already days later than expected and the driver showed up 3 hrs before the given time window with only a 15 minute call ahead notice which made it hard to leave work. Shipment contained two pallets, one was clearly over packed (****lbs) and the other had barely anything (600lbs) so the weight could have been better distributed to make the process easier and safer. Ironically the smaller pallet didnt even fall off the truck yet still had several spots of damage making the product unusable. The larger and very broken pallet was sideways and the poor driver worked his **** off just trying to get it right side up and in a manageable position. A 20 minute delivery turned into 2 hrs and never in my right mind would I recommend this companys services.

      Excellent company to work with! I have struggled for quite some time to find one LTL carrier that can fulfill their commitments and Estes has exceeded all of my expectation and saved us money in the process. Every single person we have spoken to from our Executive Rep to every single person at the terminals have been so kind and efficient even when I have urgent needs that put them under fire they are able to pull it off and make it happen for me. I have been Freight Manager for over 8 years and out of every freight company I have used Estes is by far the best.

      Need my door from Estes. I call the ********* office and I always get ******** office. They dont update tracking info. Door didnt arrive when they said it would. Still no door. ******** office said my road was closed and they couldnt deliver. Road is not closed. Need my door!

      You could never ask for a better service than what Estes has to offer. I have been using them for several years now and have never had an issue. Their drivers are very professional and friendly along with their Sales people. Their prices are competitive and in most cases they are normally the cheapest. Highly recommend this company!

      Estes has been great. Our shipments go out same day and are delivered in good condition to the customer. Deliveries come in good condition and the drivers are friendly and helpful.

      Given the industry-wide shortages I find Estes to be a good partner for our shipping requirements. Add in the customer service we receive and there is no reason for us to seek other carriers.

      10s across the board because I know how they reflect on ratings. Now the facts- all good ???? The delivery, per ******** was actually sooner. Originally, wasnt supposed to arrive until today. Then a message the following day it wouldnt arrive until next week. Once ******* was done and Este took charge, the product arrived at a sooner date- and time of day, not a complaint, than I was told. The delivery person/people were extremely professional and helpful above and beyond. 11Stars for delivery personnel and the customer service overall. Great service!

      Trailer was delivered with box pretty beat up. Bottom of the box had gouges which one dented the bed of the trailer and the other was scuffed. I took pictures. Needless to say I'm pretty ******. You can reach me at xxxxxxxxxx

      Every person I dealt with at Estes was simply remarkable. From ***** - ESPECIALLY ***** at the 800 number - to ***** and ******** in ****************, I was treated with courtesy, concern, and professionalism. I had some very specific requirements for my delivery due to upcoming travel, and every member of the Estes team worked with me, and went "above and beyond" to make sure my needs were met. And they were! My first experience with this company, and I simply cannot recommend them strongly enough.
