      Estes has been an absolute nightmare their Trucking Express line is an abolishment to the industry I ordered last Thursday product for my business were coming up a week from that day on Friday my items were supposed to arrive between Tuesday and Wednesday what I was told I had to stay back an extra day so that I could get them and then told it's not going to be until Thursday or that next Monday which at this point I'm absolutely livid cuz I've just spent $3,000 in product $1,000 for shipping and they can't get their act together because when cold they said Oh we must have made a mistake in ***** on putting it through to hurry well your mistake has now cost me close to $4,000 and you don't pay that back I lose that so I'm still sitting here this morning it was supposed to have been here at 8:00 a.m. which is now Friday morning I still don't have nothing they're now telling me it's going to be 12:30 my show that I will be doing with the product is over at four I have to drive it to *********** which puts me getting there close to 2:30 to 3:00 I have no time at all to make up for my losses as you sit back with your arrogant attitudes and yes you are very arrogant every one of you when I talk to you and just rake in people's money can't wait till the day you're shut down you bunch of crooks at exactly what you are a bunch of freaking Crooks I told the people that I buy from if they ever use you I will no longer give them my money in which every time I order every other month it's $8,000 in their pocket so who do you think they're going to side with exactly I guess it's back to R&L Trucking I'm not going to say have a good day because you have ruined my week

      Super BAD service!Will never suggest!I had to go pick up from the warehouse I paid $80 for delivery!!! Never an apology from the shipper!Crap service!

      Worst customer service / ********************** experience I have ever had. Every message I received said they would schedule a delivery appointment. They never made an appointment. The driver just left a $4,000 sewing machine on a pallet in my driveway in the rain. Never rang the doorbell, never came to the door. I was out of town when it was delivered because no one ever gave me a delivery window for the day. I will never use this company again. For nearly $700 delivery fee I paid, I feel completely ripped off and I will let everyone I know never to use this company.

      I want to commend your driver that delivered my product. My husband is in a wheelchair, and I am 76. This kind driver bought my package in the house and put it in my sewing room. He didnt hesitate and was very kind. I should have gotten his name but didnt. This gentleman gives your company a good name!

      Was never contacted by estes for a delivery time. Shipment showed up randomly by a 3rd party ltl carrier and not estes. Service bought and paid for was front door service, driver only provided curbside. Driver did offer to deliver up to top of small driveway (100ft from curb) as long as I helped. 1 of 3 boxes had major severe damage. Unsure if all peices are there. Unexcusesable for estes to **** the load to a 3rd party carrier, not contact customer for ********************** time or to notify when it would be delivered, and then to deliver the load damaged. Pathetic service.

      No one rang the doorbell and announced their arrival, instead, they dropped this HEAVY flat in front of my garage door, too close for me to swing around. I dont appreciate that at all.

      Driver was excellent. Arrived on the dot at his estimated time. Friendly, informative and dropped the shipment exactly where I wanted it (800 lbs). He's the reason I'm completing this survey (although all other aspects were excellent as well).
