      This was my second Estes delivery. Both times were very good experiences. Delivery guys were pleasant, quickly brought up the pallets and no drama! Some damage to items in both orders, but I dont blame delivery men as packaging was questionable. Also pleasant to work with are the schedulers. All in all an A+ experience!

      Great communication about delivery time. Delivery was actually early which was amazing and a plus for us! Driver was personable and went out of his way to drop product in requested location for our convenience. A+

      I ordered a vanity from Lowes -did not know Lowes just contracts for no signature required shipment. I found this out from Estes and the ********** ** office was AWESOME working with me to make it an appointment delivery so i was home to open the ********************** from the office was emailing me useful updates and ******* I believe was name of driver who called me 20 minutes before being here to give me a useful heads up. When he arrived he was VERY kind, polite, professional and worked hard especially on such a hot day! THANK YOU! I would use Estes again for any freight needs!! Great job all around!

      Your stuff will usually be delivered. I cant guarantee it will be in good condition but at least the pieces will show up. I work for a company that gets Estes deliveries on a daily basis. Out of all of our LTL trucks throughout the day, i dont think any of them have more broken shipments than Estes (Holland is a close second). Its like their employees have that "its not mine so i dont care" mentality: Product destroyed, obvious foot prints from where they walk on the product, pallets that are so destroyed from horrible equipment drivers that i would honestly be afraid to work in their warehouses.Thats not to mention, again, your stuff will be delivered, but maybe not even to you. We have had SO many items delivered to the wrong address. And the drivers are in such a hurry to ************** that by the time you figure out whats going on theyre already pulling out of the parking lot. Do yourself a favor and dont even try to get it picked back up and redelivered. Just reorder it. Fighting with them is worse than fighting in court; you have to prove beyond any and all shadow of a doubt that it was delivered to the wrong address. They will refuse until the very end to put it back on their truck because "the paperwork says its supposed to come here." And when you point out that the label from the SHIPPER says otherwise, they still use that defense of what their paperwork says. They cant just admit to it being a company mistake and fix the issue to get things where theyre supposed to go. And when they finally do, you have to make a new BOL and your company has to pay for reshipping to the correct address when it shouldnt have even involved you.Go with Pitt Ohio or Central Transport or ****** Freight. Most of their shipments come in in FAR better condition. If you dont care about the condition on arrival, I hope Estes is the budget option and you just want it gone.
