      Driver crushed my tailgate even when I asked if I need to pull my truck forward. He drove his powered pallet **** onto my tailgate, crushed it, didnt say a word and started to walk away until I said hey you know you crushed my tailgate. Then he said yeah it had a lot of weight on it. Then told me to call the company and they would take care of it. Called the company and come to find out he straight up outright lied to his boss and said I had my truck in neutral which is why he messed it up. Physics dont even support his claim but yet the insurance company does. It doesnt even make sense and Ive been fighting them ever sense. Ive been promised the Director would talk to me (they have not) Ive called and emailed. Even ********** said they will back me up. My brand new truck and a **** dollar tailgate and they are trying to get out of covering it all. They agreed to 50% and then bumped it up to 75%. I understand not wanting to get in trouble or lose your job, but he ruined my tailgate and then told me theyd take care of it. I am severely disappointed that someone would do that to someone else and lie like that. This company will not ever do business with me or anyone Ive talked to. I am working with ********** to cover the remainder and am hoping we can get this company dropped from business with **********. All because one person felt the need to lie instead of own a mistake. Seriously do not recommend them.

      Dont know who would be responsible for making sure that the product being delivered is matched with the right truck and the proper equipment for delivery because my delivery experience was bad all around. First of all, the driver only had a pallet **** to move my pallet which weighs ****lbs, and I had to help him push it out of the truck at the risk of serious injury. I then asked him to put it on the grassy area of my property and obviously due to the weight and lack of a forklift, he left 1 out of the 2 pallets on my driveway. The second pallet couldnt even be moved out of the truck because the pallet broke and my product was spilling out. That second pallet was also weighing ****lbs. In addition, customer support took no ownership of the issue and told me that I was responsible for putting the product where I needed it in my property. Who can lift ****lbs on their own?! Horrible service.

      This was by far the WORST Ive ever had to deal with as far as shipments Ive made in my life. This is the second bath tub weve ordered and both were cracked. With that being said, because the truck driver did not have enough hours left to make our delivery, it would have gone back to the warehouse for the SECOND time. The truck driver, ******, asked if we wanted to meet him somewhere to pick up our shipment which was 40 miles from our home. We only agreed to this because we had our contractor scheduled yet again to come install this bath tub unit. The box was open on one side. I opened the box only to find the tub broken again! There is no way we should have to drive 40 miles to meet your truck driver to pick up our merchandise and on top of that, to find it damaged! This item has been returned to Lowes for the second time. I cannot or will not recommend your company for deliveries based on these 2 experiences.

      This review is long overdue, but it would be an injustice if I did not take time to recognize the level of service I received from Estes in May 2022.Estes went above and beyond to ensure I received a delivery of a new pellet grille just in time for Mothers Day. Despite a torrential thunderstorm on May 6th that actually closed roads and caused their delivery driver to be stranded for about an hour our so, he stayed the course and after the waters receded, he made the delivery! This saved the Mothers Day cookout for the 20 some people I had coming in for the weekend. *******************************, the delivery driver and the staff at the **********, ** location exemplify what **************** is supposed to be. They could not have been more courteous and helpful. It's very refreshing to receive that level of service, and to know there are people that still take pride in their job and serving their customers.*********************

      Worst service and costumer service. Our delivery was a nightmare. They never called to give notice (I checked missed calls, voicemails, emails). They showed up and delivered two big extremely heavy vanities over 200lbs each and left them outside my driveway. Yes, they call that there were on site, but I wasnt at home and unfortunately didnt have my phone with me, as was Monday morning and took my dogs for a walk.I called the representative (*******), and she was rude and lack of sympathy. I expressed to her that i need help moving items away to take my car away from the driveway and she care less about the situation! ********** d shouldnt work with this company! The experience was awful!

      I truly appreciated ********************* and the rest of the ********* terminal team for going above and beyond in getting a volume shipment delivered today even though it was not scheduled to go out. It was an urgent shipment, but my customer did not tell me this until after I shipped it. So, I appreciated the help getting this delivered in a smooth, timely manner even though it was not marked as a critical shipment and we had to get the delivery appointment waived on top of the other obstacles. Thanks for saving the day!

      Received excellent service from ****** (531). He was extremely friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Delivery time was within the window communicated to me, and the package was secured well to a palette and showed no signs of damage.Would definitely recommend Estes to friends and family.
