I deal with Mark Seidel on any of our elevator issues thru ADL and he is superb! Today he came out unexpected after I called him yesterday for a service call. It ended up a simple issue to resolve but as time has passed, we've become friends so I know I always have someone I can trust and know he'll figure out the problem.
I highly recommend this company and can't speak highly enough about their representative, Mark Sidel.

If I could give ADL-Advances for Daily Living a 100 stars I would! Mark Seidel has ALWAYS been a man of his word and does a great job. His speediness in helping keep my Mom's stair chair serviced and available to her has been a great comfort. I wish he was a plumber and an electrician too!

The stairlift Mark Seidel installed is a great product. Mark is prompt, courteous, and responsive. He answered all our questions as we made a decision, adapted to a special request during installation, and gave us some maintenance tips when we asked about maintenance a year after installation.ADL - Advances for Daily Living

Mark installed a stairlift in our home.
I have read the reviews other customers have left here. I must say that all of the comments are true.
We were pleased to have Mark come and take care of this project. His work ethic, knowledge base, and craftsmanship are outstanding.

I’ve used ADL twice: once to install a stairlift and also a handrail between the handicapped shower and toilet.
When I needed the handrail I immediately contacted Mark Seidel for the job.
Marks work ethic is above reproach and he has been so helpful in both installations. He was so quiet I was surprised when he finished the jobs and the sites were cleaner than when he arrived.
Mark was so helpful when I tried to get funding for the stairlift. He gave me companies to contact and would even be on the phone with us.
Mark and his work are worth more than 5 ??????????ADL - Advances for Daily Living
