Amazing experience! I was more than impressed in every way. I worried about the hassle and how long the process would take to get a check from the at fault insurance company but Richard did such a fantastic job! I had the check the next day and it was the full amount requested. I would recommend his services if you ever are in need of fast and reliable assistance in filing a finished value claim. I simply supplied a few necessary bits of info and he did ALL THE WORK. It was very precise and thorough and I believe this is the reason I didn’t get a low offer back from the insurance company.

I reached out to the DVAC on a Thursday evening for an auto appraisal and received a call from Richard ******* the man himself the very next morning. I spoke to him about my vehicle and what I needed. He told me what information he needed, spoke to me about my vehicle, and was happy to work with me. By 11:00 am the same day I received a complete legitimate appraisal. Not only did Richard ****** provide the upmost customer service, but he was comforting during a stressful situation. It was an absolute pleasure working with the DVAC team, specifically Richard Taylor. The process of obtaining the appraisal report was prompt and professional, and Richard answered all the questions and concerns that we had when initiating the process. The at-fault driver's insurance company, ***** ****, was not willing to settle. Based on reading some of the reviews, it seems like we were not the only ones having the same issue. It was suggested that we take the at-fault party to court, which was our very first time going to court, and we were very intimidated. The ***** **** insurance attorney used ALL, and I really mean ALL, their tricks to intimidate us, and the court battle took over 6 months, but it was WORTH it. Just when I had my doubts and the insurance attorney was firing all the questions fast, Richard, with his confidence and his expertise, did not hesitate for a moment with his answers and did a phenomenal job in proving the calculation of the diminished value, which was over *** due to a severe accident. The judge even stated that, without a doubt, the expert opinion was excellent. I used DVAC as my objective third party appraiser on a total loss. They exceeded my expectations on every step of the process. Their honesty and prompt responses stand out. I had tried my best to do my own research on my 4Runner’s value and present it to my insurance company but was unable to increase the amount they were offering me. Feeling defeated I contacted Richard at DVAC for his expert opinion. He responded very quickly to my email and gave me the peace of mind that the offer I was given was going to be the best I would get. DVAC was so helpful in my case! I had been rear-ended in my 2023 vehicle. I didn't know much about diminished value, or the process to follow, but Richard was informative and helped every step of the way! He kept in touch and did everything to make sure I got the money I was owed. I unfortunately had to file a lawsuit against the at fault driver, and Richard still helped every step of the way through the legal process, and was beyond eager to testify as an expert witness in court to help me get the money I was owed! Luckily, the insurance company then agreed to pay out my full diminished value and all costs before the hearing. It was a pain fighting with insurance, but the guidance, professionalism, and encouragement from Richard made it so incredibly easy. Extraordinary people. It was a pleasure doing business with DVAC because they really do CARE. They say, WE stay with you in the process, THEY DO !
