  Excellent service. The team showed up on time, were very professional, and dealt easily with a couple of unexpected problems. I appreciated their extra care and excellent attitude in solving the problems and making sure nothing was dropped or broken. Would definitely recommend them.

  I hired JK Moving Services for a cross country move. The issue was with the delivery of the furniture to the new house. The crew that showed up to deliver the furniture was different from the crew that performed the packing and loading. Other than one single runner, placed at the entry door to the house, the delivery crew did not place any protection down to protect the home from damage to the floors, walls, stairs etc. When asked if they planned on doing so they said, "they did not need to as the furniture was all padded". They caused extensive damage to the walls, stairs and floors of the house. Additionally, the employees of JK Moving Services that were sent to my house for the delivery were smoking illegal drugs (marijuana specifically) in my driveway outside my house during their breaks between bring furniture into the house. The employees were then visibly high on these drugs and were dropping my heavy pieces of furniture as they were attempting to bring them into the house, which caused damage to the furniture. The head of the crew that was supposed to be monitoring all of this and overseeing the crew never came into the house on the day of delivery. He sat in the truck from 8 am till 6pm outside the gates of the neighborhood all day, while his crew was performing subpar work at my house. They did not allow me to check off the items they were delivering to my house as they were bringing them in, as such I am missing items that they claim were delivered but they are nowhere to be found. After making these complaints to the moving coordinator at JK Moving Services they all but said I was lying, and since their driver said none of this happened all they could offer me was a $200 credit. I would never hire this company again, and I warn anyone else looking into hiring them. In my opinion they do not vet their crews properly, and the level of service you might receive could match the experience I had. To be safe, my advice is to hire someone else.

  This was our 9th move and first time using JK. Weve moved all over the country for work, packed and paid for by work. This was our second move on our own dime. The move before this was not good. The movers were careless with our furniture, walls and floors. This move with JK Moving Services was flawless from beginning to end. The movers were careful to lay tarps, blankets and plastic to protect the furniture, walls, railings etc. ******** assigned to us packed the truck and delivered to our new house (in the snow.. !) They were very kind and considerate with our needs. This was the easiest move weve had. I highly recommend them! Thank you!

  ******* customer service. Very reasonable prices. They arrived on for pickup and delivery. I moved from ******** to *********. Everything arrived in good shape. They did a great job packing all my things. I would highly recommend this company. If I move again, will definitely use them.

  Very professional, helpful crew. The move from one house to another in the same day was exhausting for me, and all I had to do was give them room placement instructions. Each crew member had a positive attitude and worked hard. Using JK moving took alot of stress out of what is typically a stressful event. The pre move planning and support part of this process was well organized and methodical. They really know what they're doing.

  I'd definitely give them 4.5 stars if I could. Short of a **** and scratch here and there, our experience with JK Moving was TOP NOTCH. Three *** in particular stand out in making ** a company that I would certainly recommend to my colleagues. Hailey * our salesperson * was so much more as she stayed with us throughout the entire process and ensured that all costs stayed within our budget. ****** also had direct conversations with both apartment managers (pickup / drop off) and informed them about all aspects of the move. ****** was an absolute champ! ****** * our customer success rep * was highly organized, very communicative, and made sure all details of the move were monitored. Lastly, *** * the on*site moving manager * was an absolute professional throughout the entire process * from pickup to drop off. He informed us to every stage and answered every question we had. All in all * it was a great team to work with and I'm happy we chose JK Moving.

  Big misunderstanding regarding the movement of my extensive coin collection which caused me a great deal of inconvenience. Lots of crushed boxes upon arrival. The movers also damaged my bed either during disassembly or subsequent reassembly. They were courteous and hard working, but definitely not my best move.

  The ** Moving team was helpful, professional, hard-working, and had great attitudes. The consultant prior to our move helped me plan and inventory our items accurately, and the crew on site work together very smoothly. Highly recommend this mover - they are worth every *****!

  My military move was one of the best I have ever had in 22 years of service. Al and his team were great from pickup and pack out to delivery and setup at the new location. The courteous and well-mannered nature of both crews that ** hired to help him was absolutely stellar. I thought **'s handling of this military move was superior. The organization, timeliness, and personable attitude presented by ***************** specifically contributed to the positive experience.

  I had the best moving experience with JK Moving. Everyone in JK Moving was a pleasure to work with. From the moment ******* answered my first call to the moment ****** pulled out of the driveway of my new home I felt as a valued customer. The service provided before the actual move was beyond my expectations. ******* was able to arrange my move within just a few days and guarantee my desired pick up and delivery dates. While other companies offered to combine my move with those of other customers, ******* arranged that I was the only customer for which a truck was dispatched. Moreover, JK Moving has a 24/7 customer service line. I also had a dedicated moving coordinator. Their warehouse in ********,** is massive yet spotless and organized. And the same applies to JkMovings trucks, or at least the one that was dispatched for my move. The driver ****** was very professional, punctual, and polite. I was able to communicate with him directly at any point during the of moving. His crew which consisted of **** and ****** was highly efficient, careful, and responsible. Thank you all for making my move so easy!I highly recommend JK Moving to everyone who plans a long-distance move.
