      The ** crew were prompt, communicated well, and provide a pleasant experience with the initial packing and loading. I would like to provide a shout out to ***** who led the packing team and ***************** the driver who orchestrated the loading and transport team. They both were professional and meticulous in thier work. If able, I will go with ** again for my military move.

      These people come into your house and pretend to care and be a top notch company. You once they damage your house they are quick to scam you and avoid responsibility. They say they have high standards and move the white house..l this is the worst company in all of military moves 26 years. They lie beware of the facade. Dont trust them at all I told them about damage and they never annotated and then outright lied. Brand new house and they damaged my frig from packing the kitchen. They blamed it on movers that only packed my bedroom for unaccompanied baggage. So unprofessional then they deny any responsibility

      Professional, kind, and helpful jk moving is responsive and makes their service easy to use. Even though we wound up not moving across state lines, the team went above and beyond to assist me and has recommended local movers. Could not recommend them more.

      I would give a -10 if I could. Low balled the bid to get the contract, came in $10k higher than estimate, demanded immediate payment or would not deliver the next day. Boxes came off truck crushed and split open because they short packed the boxes, which increased the price! The unpackers did not unpack the boxes we paid to have unpacked. They shoved boxes into any room until the room was full. We had to hire people to pull out all the boxes and sort them by room. We had to pay for someone to help unpack. There was a lot of damage because of the bad packing . Opening the Christmas decorations in December was a huge disappointment, as there was a lot of crushed and damaged ornaments. It was a huge mess!

      We had a very easy long-distance move thanks to JK Moving. The movers were careful and courteous, and the customer service team was helpful and responsive.

      Efficient, well organized, respectful, friendly. Proactive, easy to reach, quick to respond. Accurate, fair quote, easy payment. They helped me move two households from Texas to North Carolina. I called on Friday. They came early Monday morning as promised, wrapped and loaded within just a few hours, and safely delivered and carefully unloaded Thursday morning.

      Furniture wrapped safely for transport, not a scratch on them. Diligent workers. Kept me apprised of their arrival date at new address across country. Very reasonable rates.

      Certainly had the A Team for our move. Guys did a fabulous job with everything arriving in great condition. Had one large bookcase that couldn’t go down the stairs so they levered it off the balcony! Very friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to work with! Exceeded our expectations.

      Horrible company. I would stay far far away from them. Was quoted a certain price before the job was to be completed and ended up being 1.5 times the amount they quoted. Was definitely taken advantage of and they were extremely unprofessional when asked for an explanation. Protect yourselves and find any other company to do your move, because this company is highway robbery!

      Not sure if this is appropriate to post, but they quoted me over $5,000 compared to 5 other companies who came in at $2,500 - $3,100. Honestly it just seemed like the job was too small and they didn't want it, which...that's fair but why not just say that to begin with and save us both time? Shame because they have really good service reviews, but that price difference is insane.
