Probably the worst business decision I have made, it is very unfortunate to say that, but it is true, our initial call was offering the world and then high pressure at the end to enter a contract on that day, this type of pressure never sits well with me, although I was interested the pressure turned me off then it became tense. After thinking about it for about a week I called back and was offered a discounted rate and promised that they will perform at such a high standard and rate of speed that they would “knock it out of the park” implying phone calls pouring in for my services, the whole conversation was provided in a way in which I believed that I would be up and running with their new social media and website rapidly within no more than a week. I was promised that they could track the before and after progress to prove their viability to my company. I was told that Surefire would post on my social media platform 3-4 times weekly (this has not happened), I was told that they would build website for me and quickly provide a landing page while the website is being built, so immediately after signing up I cancelled my current SEO and cancelled website services only to find out that I would not get a immediate landing page provided by Surefire local, I had to call complain and argue to get a temporary landing page, I am going on 6 weeks and still no Website, they have been silent for a week and a half, they are not posting for us etc… I have lost business since sigining up with them, but they are sure to continue to charge me $1097, there was so many promises that I was given to sign and pay that did not come to fruition, BOTTOM LINE: OUR COMPANY IS GETTING FAR LESS TRAFFIC SINCE JOINING SUREFIRE LOCAL, WE ARE LOOSING MONEY AND THAT IS NOT INCLUDING THE MONEY THAT THEY ARE TAKING FROM ME. THEY HAVE NOT KNOCKED ANYTHING OUT OF THE PARK, INSTEAD THEY ARE DIGGING A HOLE TO TRY AND BURY ME IN THE PARK!Surefire Local

This company is a complete hoax. They charge ridiculous amount of money for their "platform" to drive "organic traffic" to the website, however when that does not happen, they pressure you to set up pay per click campaigns, so it ends up costing you a lot more. The account manager takes 2-3 weeks to schedule a meeting with you, only to notify you that they are leaving and a new account manager will be taking over, so you start from scratch. Then they tell you that they have done your "SEO", however make absolutely no changes to your website, so whatever it is they say they did is supposed to magically change the outcome. Except it doesn't. When you cancel, they take a month to "off-board" you as a client and then fail to remove the call-tracking from the website, so you have to pay someone additionally to fix the website.

Our records show this customer to still be within their 12 month agreement when they stopped monthly payments. We had no alternative but to send their account to collections after they stopped payment.

1 star- business committed to web design and providing customer support for new software - charged $998 per month for three months - no deliveries. No website. No customer support.- no communication. - attempted to reach out and resolve several times, throughout the month of January .- still no communication and no website has been provided - was set up to work with **** and they take one more month of my account was 4 months went they told me only 3 months they take 4000 for my account and no service .really I don’t recommend this company they only take you money *they rob me 4000 that was hard to get because I just start my business now I need to see we’re I can get my money back because they don’t pro bay any service or anything please don’t use this company save you money ****Review fromEric P

I actually had a pretty good experience with Surefire. They built my website and managed it for about almost a year. I did need to move away from them but not because they did me wrong but because I felt i needed to master adword and seo on my own. So pretty good experience overall. I worked with kevin at first, then chris was my account manager, and then riley at the end. Everyone was really nice and responsive.Surefire Local

This company has taken 1,178.00 of my money. After I was very clear I wanted to cancel my accounts with them. They have not provided me with any service to resolve the issue. I have attempted contacting there accounting team. I am more than displeased and feel like I am being stole from. This is very unprofessional to say the least. Once I realized the software they sell wasn't needed to accomplish what they make you believe can only be accomplished thru there software. I canceled my account. AND THEY KEEP TAKING MONEY FROM MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT.

Broken promises, dishonesty, and flat out no customer consideration! This company is impossible to work with. They made a false claim that they would have a website built in a month but it took them nearly 3 months to go live. When you request changes they take weeks to respond if at all.
When the customer contact email was broken for weeks our customers were unable to submit an online request and Surefire NEVER responded to this issue so we had to hire an outside agency to repair the most important part of a website.
We finally demanded a cancelation in January which was ignored until we demanded again after a week of being ignored. The response was they will not be able to cancel, this is a year subscription and they will have to charge the full amount (not a prorated amount or an early termination amount, THE WHOLE AMOUNT)!
We responded with proof of their constant ignoring of our ongoing issues and lack of consideration for customer service. Always we are responded with we will have an internal discussion about your situation. Again we are forced to be the once that initiate the follow up after patiently waiting a week for a response. The answer is always "I just got an answer". They said they were discussing it at that very moment in the previous email a week earlier and only when we send the demand for a response do they suddenly "have the answer".
Here it is March and after dozens of emails the dishonest sales has called last week to offer a reduction in our paid service to the basic plan for $499 a month for the remaining 3 months of our subscription. He has darted the question of whether or not we would be required to do another 1 year subscription if we agreed. Once again we are also waiting for a response to our last email confirming the offer of $499 a month for the remaining portion of our subscription without a renewal. We also requested a credit for the past months since we requested the cancelation in January.Surefire Local

STAY AWAY!!! This company is horrible. No communication whatsoever and our website is awful! Not to mention they repeatedly told us (Gleason Roofing) that we owed them all this money, we requested they send us an invoice so we can pay up our account. No one ever sent an invoice and again, NO COMMUNICATION OTHERWISE! and then, we had some fraud on our bank debit card so we had to get a new card. Tell me why all of a sudden there was a charge from Surefire Local ON THE NEW DEBIT CARD THAT NO ONE FROM MY COMPANY HAS PROVIDED TO SUREFIRE LOCAL?!?!!? I am now starting to think Surefire Local is the cause of all of our fraud!!! I will continue to blast them until I get this resolved. And dont tell me to just email info@surfirelocal.... because I have and Surprise Surprise, no response!!! Save your money by not dealing with this nightmare companySurefire Local

This "company" is a FRAUD. STAY AWAY. Our card has been charpeg over and over and over again, even after we closed our card and got a new one. Our "account manager" does not exist.Surefire Local
