1 starWe are a small family-owned roofing company in Northern, **. I graduated with a degree in marketing and was looking for a way to grow and found SureFire. We signed up for 3 months of use with this company and when the 3 months was up, we decided we weren't benefitting from the product enough for the price we were paying. We let the company know within 9 days of our agreement ending that we didn't want to renew and we would like to discontinue our account. The company let me know 3 days later that we would be charged another $1198 for the 30 days it would take to discontinue our account. Ahead of this, I disconnected our social media accounts and stripped any access they had to our website. With that being done, there is little else to be done terminating our account. When signing up with SureFire we never received an actual contract. They verbally agree to prices and then have you depend on their confusing terms and conditions for everything else. Because of this, we were unaware that we would be charged an entire other month. Had we known prior to signing up that they would have a ridiculous offboarding system that charges us as if we were benefitting from the program, we would've never signed up. I highly warn everyone who is looking into using SureFire, to find different marketing platform that won't try to rob them with mediocre products that were either redundant, or too clunky to actually use efficiently. I'm very disappointed in this company and encourage others to look elsewhere.Review fromOstyn D

They take your money and run they nag you constantly and keep trying to make sweeter and sweeter deals until you give in like they almost beg for your business but then when you actually get a chance to think about you see the fake false business of AI generated work they make but yet talk against. This especially goes for there employee ***** ******** who will ignore you when it comes to serious matters says he cares about you but ignores you when it comes to serious matters. 3 starsWhile Surefire Locals initial pitch was promising with a strong emphasis on tailored digital marketing solutions for small businesses the follow-through has unfortunately fallen short of *************** their credit, the team is consistent when it comes to addressing technical issues, making website edits, and responding to general questions or concerns. They are responsive and professional in that regard. However, the core issue lead generation remains unresolved.Despite following all of Surefires recommendations and implementing everything as advised, weve seen extremely limited results. To date, weve received just one legitimate lead, while the rest have been spam. The return on investment has been minimal, and ** ********* have underperformed, even though we were repeatedly reassured that everything was on track.Surefire has explained that SEO can take 7 to 12 months to become effective, which we understand, but the lack of any meaningful traction has been frustrating. It also took a considerable amount of time for them to recognize the severity of the issue. Only after ongoing concerns did they offer to dedicate more attention to our account and provide discounts for the inconvenience.We appreciate their willingness to work with us and their proactive attitude once the issue was acknowledged, but it should not have taken this long or required this level of persistence to get there.If youre considering Surefire Local, I recommend asking detailed questions about performance metrics, timelines, and lead expectations before signing on. *** move without warning, no backups, zero support I used Surefire Local for four months in 2023. I was not made aware that they moved my site to ***, it went offline last week (4/25/2025), GoDaddy has no backups, and Surefires support never provided the *** backup. So Im left with no way to restore my site unless they get back with meSurefire Local

Horrible experience. Recommend to NO ONE. Not worth the price, the headache or the fall through of all of their supposed promises. I brought up my concerns before signing up and had nothing but promises that they do everything they say and yada yada yada - turns out I shouldve trusted my gut. Took almost a month and a half for them to set up our new website. When they were setting up the website they didnt even have the correct field of what our business is in. Then would argue with us when we would point out changes and errors they made. It was a nightmare from the get go. Youll talk to one person for the sale, then another for part of onboarding, that takes like more than a month (ridiculous) then to an account manager for the rest of onboarding and so on- just passed around. No real emails or contacts for anyone, it all goes to the same general email. Good luck getting them to answer you. Especially when youve told them youre done but have access to the system for a couple more weeks. Their software is flawed. It isnt compatible with iPhones to upload pictures for content that theyre supposed to post. Theyll blame it on ***** but not that its their own software with the problems. No solutions to anything, they just tried to sell me on more things - like ads. Which Ive heard from a follow up company that called to ask about our experience and they confirmed that theyve heard a lot of bad things and experiences about the ads SureFire local does for clients. Take my experience and DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BULLCRAP! What a complete waste! Hope this helps someone else not be hopeful and think SureFire local will be the difference and that it will actually help their business- because it will not!Surefire Local
