      I entered into an agreement with alpha foundations to repair my driveway that has cracks and settling in particular the right side of my driveway. They evaluated the driveway and felt that they would be able to fix it. They performed the work to a level I was satisfied. They had part of their agreement a warranty against settling if if the driveway settled they would repair it at no additional cost. This is only good for a certain period of time. Within 2 weeks the driveway settled again and the slab sank to where it was before the treatment. I contacted them and discussed the problems with the driveway. They told me they would come and repair it. They have told me on 4 different occasions they would return to the house and have not. They don't even call after they made appointments. I have text messages that show they were going to come to my house and then never showed up. All they want is for you to sign the contract and then they do not follow through with the guarantees they make to their customers. I want my driveway fixed and I want the warranty extended for the time they have intentionally delayed.

      I paid to have a leak in my basement fixed and they showed up took trim off everything even trim in different rooms, cut through studs of a divider wall of my duplex from floor to ceiling, hung some plastic sheets and left. Didn’t fix the leak, didn’t fix the wall they destroyed and didn’t even put the trim back. Tossed it in the floor and left. They won’t respond to my emails, phone calls, nothing. They took my money and ran. I’ll NEVER use them for anything and I wouldn’t recommend anyone using them.

They informed us the Production Manager (PM) met with customer on 11/14 and reviewed the work completed at his home. We are scheduled to come back this Friday (11/17) to correct the defects. PM will be onsite for the resolution to ensure that the corrections are up to both the customer and our Company standards. 

      We will be removing the concrete and gravel around the pump to install the gutter outlet as needed. We will also adjust the pumps inside the basin accordingly to arrange the wires as close to the wall as possible to ensure proper organization. The trim from the walls that was removed for installation will be refastened to the wall.

      They came back to try to fix things and told me they would return to fix the rest but I still haven’t heard back. Unbelievable how they destroyed my house and don’t care whatsoever to resolve and try to make things right.

      **/20/23 give a ck for ** percent job. They came out 4 days later said couldn't do job because to much weight on central. Called 5times talked to nicole in account still haven't got refund. Check number **** they cashed it same day. Now it took me a minute to write but 17 days later still begging for ck will call again today. Monday will file small claims court. If it takes this long refund what if you had a problem. Flip house was going to use them will not now.

      Ohio Basement Authority charged us an incorrect amount that *as on the contract that *as signed. Originally *e *ere supposed to be charged a total of *********. An original deposit of ******** *as made, but the remains b****ce should have been *********. Ho*ever *e *ere charged a remaining b****ce of ********** bringing our payment total to *********. This *as not *hat *as agreed on the signed contract. The loan company charges daily interest, therefore, *e need this to be corrected to ensure *e are not paying interest on an amount that *as not agreed upon *hen signing the contract.

      *e already had issues *ith this job *ith the first cre* they sent out to complete our *aterproofing. The foreman, **** *., *as negligent and made fraudulent claims (claiming he used L cove, but *hen the ne* cre* came out they did not see any L cove in the area behind the plastic *rap or *hat they call aquastop *allseal; he also forgot to put inspection ports and *hen *e noticed his cre* put them in quickly and incorrectly; the steel beams *ere also set incorrectly *here several beams *ere not even touching the *all) about the *aterproofing system they completed. Ohio basement authority had to send out another cre* to redo most of the *ork on our basement.

      MOUNT VALLEY FOUNDATION SERVICES

      Since this project began on July 20th 2023, I have had nothing but inadequate and inaccurate communications, improper schedulings, two different crews trying to do an installation with a supervisor on site for the second trip, a production manager on site after the installation...all of this to be told that the work was completed in the wrong spot and no answers going forward.

      I paid for engineering on a blueprint provided to me by MOUNT VALLEY and now nothing matches the print or the engineering. I HAVE ZERO FAITH IN A RESOLUTION FROM THIS COMPANY.

      I have had my A/C ducts removed and plumbing cut for months....Had to take multiple days off of work and provided the crews with all the access and items needed to complete this.

      I have had supervisors and production managers on site and was told directly by ***** ****** (production manager) that the job was done incorrectly and haven't heard anything back from him or the company. I do not want any further work being done on my site by this COMPANY.

      I paid them their deposit and now I am making financial payments on a job that is completely incorrect and has left my home in a more fragile state than before they arrived.

      I have tried to resolve this through normal channels to no avail.

      I had work done on my basement to help reduce water. The work has not been completed, and the inspection failed as such. I am now being billed interest on the loan from *******, as you will note in the uploaded document, because JES stated the work was complete when it was not. Also, they charged my basement and first floor with concrete dust using a wet saw in my home without water. They did have a mitigation company come out to "clean" it, but also, as a result, many items were broken from the cleaning. The project has been a nightmare, and I want a full refund. Ideally, reimbursement for damages and time required to continue to try and remedy this, but I would like the nightmare to go away. The company won't call me or ******** back. I also have supporting images from the concrete dust issue and the failed inspection if needed. Please help!

      On June 2, 2023, opened a contract with Mount Valley Foundation Services, *** ***** **** *********** *** The contract was for concrete leveling around my pool.
      Crew arrived around June 30, worked for most of the day, then left. They said they would return and finish the job.
      Crew returned on August 29, worked most of the day and collected the balance owed. We were not satisfied with the work, and I said as much on the Company's website. I requested a member of management to come out and do a walk-around, ***** ******, the Production Manager, came out a couple of weeks later and answered my one question. "Would you put your name or your company's name on this job"? His answer was not a surprise, he said NO, and added that "we have a lot of work to do to get this right".
      We have tried numerous times to get in touch with ***** to find out when MVFS was going to get this mess fixed, and here it is, November 2, and still no response.

      The problem date was 10/31/2023. The Plumber went to my home to fix the sink, charged me **** and the next day, less than 24 hours after the job was done, the sink was clogged again. I asked them to come back and fixed and they want to charge me **** for 1/2 an hour work. They said that there is not warranty for the job. However, I am talking about a job that didn't last 24 hours, that's not warranty, I want my money back or someone to come again and do the job I paid for.

      On Tuesday October 3, 2023 A technician came to my home because I had a musty smell in my basement and I wanted to know if I had a leak in my basement. Someone named **** showed up and I showed him to where I thought there might b e a leak. Before my husband passed away, we had used Indiana Foundation in the past and I felt comfortable that the company was trustworthy. He took some moisture readings at the area I showed him but he wanted to get into a different part of my house; the crawlspace. He came out of there telling me that my house might collapse and told me I needed work asap. If it collapsed I would have big expensive problems. He presented me with an Ipad and told me to initial in numerous places. He told me I would have to pay ********* for repairs. I did not have a copy of what turned out to be an 8-page contract. I received an email from **** ****** in my spam folder with the attached contract. This contract violates HICA and I want my money back. I finally saw a paper to cancel in my spam folder. There was no email listed, no fax number. I am a 63 year old widow and was taken for my money. The company will not return my calls. I couldn't even read what he was having me sign because the writing was so small! This was a definite scam. Please don't allow this company to get away with this! The receipt from my credit card was the only item not in my spam folder. The receipt does NOT say that my deposit is not refundable. I want my money back! The contract is with JES Indiana LLC. I have no idea who that is!

      Foundation Support Specialists installed piers to lift and level my foundation in early 2021. During the install one of the pipes bent so it could not be used, the install team ran another pipe which they attached to the house. The pipe that the install team stated bent was not removed and was left behind. In early 2023 I noticed my sewer line backing up, I used several drain cleaners which would normally elevate the issue. In mid 2023 I was doing laundry and the sewer backed up again, this time the sewage came out of the tub and showers drains in the house. I called emergency plumber who was able to snake the line and found the break in the line with a camera, at the time I was not aware the break was caused by the FSS. I quoted the work with several plumbing to do the repair to get the best cost. After the damaged area was identified it was made clear the abandoned pipe caused the problem. I immediately contacted FSS by email, text, voicemail and for several weeks I didn't receive any response. Eventually **** in early Oct **** ***** asked I paid the plumbing company (Drainworks) which I told him I had not and asked about reimbursement for the emergency plumbing. Since then I have not received any response. Today I received a bill from Drainworks that stated FSS was not going to pay for the work. I have not shared my experience with anyone publicly and would just like to get this resolved as soon as possible.
