      Mr. ********** was very patient and explained every step of the process and their costs prior to performing the work related to a system leak. He recharged the system and explained that todays cost could go toward a new system. He arrived on very short notice on a very hot day when our system had stopped working.

      Chris did an excellent job installing my scrubber. He took the time to educate me about the scrubber. He was professional and on time! I would recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

      We have used One Hour since 2009. We have a membership plan and have the heat and cooling systems checkef 2x year. The technicians are able to explain what they did and why needed (if anything needed). Deshaun was on time, thorough and professional.

      Very much impressed with One Hour, from the young lady I spoke with on the phone when I called to report my AC problem, to the AC tech Andrew who came out and diagnosed the problem (s) , to Sam and his trainee Melissa going over all the options and clearly explaining the process, both Sam and Melissa were awesome ! Thank you so much !
