      On 9/13
      They charge for a trip even though the unit is under warranty. Then charge for a leak search. Then charge labor for replacing the voltage regulator. They were at the house for about *** minutes.

      Replaced compressor parts under warranty
      Total Bill *********  So to get the unit back running that is under warranty cost ********* They were at the house for less than 2 hours for both jobs combined.
      This is a vacation home so it is unoccupied for the off season.
      Returned to the house on in late February and the unit is still not working
      so we called and told them. They tried to charge me for a **** diagnostic fee and then ******* for a leak search that they had just done the last time. All for a outdoor unit that originally cost ****** installed and is still under warranty. This company takes advance of people and should be stopped. I paid ****** and the unit does not work as is under factory warranty.

      We had our BRAND NEW a/c unit installed a year and a half ago.... we've had to call TWICE!! First, they did not trim the wiring correctly, so the unit shirt circuited. Then today the technician, who was here for almost 6 hours, told me he personally misdiagnosed our problem! Then I was made to pay the evaluation fee! This should have fallen under our warranty!
      I will NOT be reccomending this company!
