      The rep, Bailey, was professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure my AC was correctly diagnose, therefore providing sound advise and resolution. I am very happy with this company and their effective approach to customer service.

      ONE HOUR HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING needs to give Cheyenne a raise! Woke up to my AC not working, called one hour heating and air was answered almost immediately and had a service technician scheduled to come out between 2-5pm ...got a call 30min later from one hour stating that a service technician finished up early with another job and asked if it would be okay for someone to come out sooner. Ofcourse I said yes. Was then sent a text message of the service technician that was scheduled to come out. Her name was Cheyenne. She was very professional, laid out her companies policies, etc. She also explained everything extremely well. She went above and beyond my expectations for sure. She took pictures of things she saw that needed attention etc. She was very thorough and had my ac up and running in no time. All this on a Sunday afternoon....My family and I greatly appreciate the excellent service!
