      Did a great job today. They were very communicative, friendly and thorough. All that was scheduled today was my annual maintenance and they also installed a condensate pump underneath the house. All my experiences have been extremely pleasant with one hour, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

      On time for every appointment. Not everyone holds to time, very impressive. Austin explained everything about a new unit, He took time to answer all of our questions and explained what to expect with the installation process.

      My Service Technician Tron was AMAZING!!! I lost my husband and he used to handle all of the repairs. I feel very vulnerable every time I have to call someone to service my home. Tron was extremely respectful. He spoke with kindness and knowledge of his job. He was very professional yet relatable at the same time. I usually feel stupid, regret or taken advantage of because of different contractors and technicians but Tron quickly put me at ease and thoroughly explained what was happening and why it happened with my AC system. One Hour, this is an “excellent” employee!!! I’m so glad that I called your company this time!!! Thank You for an Amazing and Stress-free experience!!!

      We have been customers of One Hour for many years, and we have always been more than satisfied when dealing with them.
      On the afternoon of the 28th of August, the HVAC was running but the temperature in the house kept rising. I called for an appointment the next day and received one, but that evening I received a call that a technician (Dustan ****) would be out within the hour to look at the HVAC!
      He came and discovered a leak in the evaporation coil. The new coil was not readily available, and we agreed to wait until the next day to replace it. Dustan replaced the coolant as much as possible and that made the house very comfortable through the night. Dustan was very professional, polite and knowledgeable and the house stayed cool throughout the night and into the next day.
      The next day Bailey ****** came to replace the coil. It was a very hot day and a large job, but he was very methodical and careful in his approach to the replacement. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable and kept us informed at every step.
      Due to an excellent warranty from One Hour, a customer plan and yearly check-ups, all of this was covered.
      We could not be more pleased with the service received.
