I would like to say, On behalf of my parents...who really love the work that was done on their roof. Not just the working guys on the roof. But the clerical staff was excellent. Kimberly , the Production Office Manager was so helpful with my parents. Her being so pilot and patience with my Dad who is 80 years old was awesome. I would recommend Custom Home Improvement to everyone who's in need of such work. The are so clean and sufficient with their work, and they completed everything from removing the old shingles to replacing the wood that was needed, to putting on the new shingles in One Day. Leaving before 4:00 pm. Wonderful! The Finance department understood that they were working with the elderly and permitted time for myself the daughter to get with my Dad and reply back to them as soon as we could. Need a roof repair, new shingles, new roof. You should call. Oh, and I can't forget Kevin the site guy that came to my parents home to help assess what was needed.
We Thank you guys for everything. From start to finish you were Great!

I was in the market for a new roof for my house. I chose Custom Home Improvements to beautify my home.
I met with Mike, Inspector/Product Specialist to discuss type of shingles and what my budget would allow. He answered several questions I had and helped me to decide on which colors that would accent and increase the value of my home.
He discussed the warranty and advantages of GAF Timberline HDZ shingles and gave me an estimate of cost. He provided good customer service, was polite and respectful as I decided which shingle to choose. Weathered wood was my choice. It accents my colors beautifully.
Kimberly was courteous and professional and kept me up to date at all times. She let me know when the job would be scheduled and called with reminders and any changes and always asked if I had any questions.
Francisco, Production Mgr. and his crew were wonderful. He said please let me know if you have any concerns at all. He made sure his crew was doing everything perfect and properly.
No wonder Custom Home Improvements is ranked the Best of the Best for receiving another award for excellence!!!! Their team is amazing!!!
The crew went above and beyond to make me Happy and even sang on my roof top!!! An extra bonus!!!
From start to finish I can't be more pleased with my roof which I will enjoy for many years.

Custom Home Improvement did a wonderful job on my roof and provided excellent customer service from the salesmanship of Giovanni, and the very patient scheduling and information of Kimberly. I felt I was in good hands all the way. The materials are guaranteed for over 30 years! The crew was professional completing it in one day and clean up was white glove worthy!

We have used Custom Home Improvements twice for a new roof. We love and appreciate the warranty and workmanship they offer, along with the quality products they use. Neil and Francisco’s team did a phenomenal job helping protect our house with an amazing roof. Their office manager, Kimberly, was very knowledgeable & she handled the process from start to finish. After seeing my neighbors house get done by custom home improvements, and their work came out great, I decided to get my own quote with the company. I got my siding, roof, trim and gutters done.
My house looks completely different, and I am amazed on how fast they did the project.
Between the communication from Kimberly, Keith and Mark to the project getting executed by the contractos, they made the entire process so easy!
I would definitely recommend them for any project big or small.

A small piece of siding and trim came loose at the 2nd story roof line on the back of the house. I called Custom Home Improvements and spoke with Mark. We scheduled his fix visit and today Mark came to the house and reattached the loose items. The Custom Home Improvements Team reroofed our large 35 year old roof that is complex, and has skylights. HOA approval was granted for the community weathered wood roof color, roof, and skylights and a warranty chosen. William Pyle, General Mgr helped tremendously with questions and concerns. Kimberly , at the Home Office, lent her support and many times, and the outstanding team of competent intelligent Roofers performed at a work consistency and level way beyond average in volume and obvious grand skill.
Francisco and Neil, Project Managers, built trust through their command of the team and process as well as answering questions at appropriate times. The entire team was meticulous in timelines and commitments, in addition to the cleaning of all areas outside the home during and after the project.
The GAF Timberline HDZ shingles are the best choice in quality in this industry in my opinion with a wide range of warranties to choose from. I appreciated the call and returned texts from the Owners and executives who helped continue communication providing insight.
The company seems to be values driven exceeding all my expectations in outcomes and professionalism as well as process, skill and workmanship. The outcome is truly a beautiful roof. Thank you.Custom Home Improvement & Repairs, LLC

I had some damage to my roof after some heavy winds removed some shingles and pulled up my ridge cap but Custom Home Improvements came to my rescue. Kimberly put my worries to rest and quickly got me some help! Francisco and Neil were rockstars, I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to have the job done and cleaned up.

We hired Custom Home Improvements to install our roof after getting multiple estimates. We decided to use them because they were straightforward for the first meeting. Greg quickly took measurements and offered an estimate without any high pressured sales tactics. Our installation took 2 days and Francisco, the project manager, stayed in contact throughout the process and answered all the questions we had. Custom Home Improvement did an outstanding job on replacing my french doors and front entry way door. Keith was my sales guy. He is amazing. His personality sells the product, he made me feel comfortable and confident about my selections and project. Mark was our Project Manager, hes a good guy. Chad and Jaden were my installers. They were on time, early even which I absolutley appreciated. Both were very informatibe and kept me posted as i asked questions. At the end of the project, Kimberly, was the office manager I spoke with. She was so nice and friendly.
This is the 2nd project I have had done with Custom Home Improvement. They also replaced my roof in 2016.
