      As part of our mortgage LoanCare pays our yearly Hazard Insurance as part of our escrow to ****** ****** A yearly payment was due in July of 2021 in which Loancare did not pay the entire balance, they were shorted *** **** with late fee). Allied contacted them multiple times they tell me and then canceled our insurance at the end of Jan 2022. Loancare made the payment in February which was too late. If we had been made aware we would have gladly paid it ourselves rather than all the hassle and money moving forward. We ended up shopping with new brokers as we also hold them accountable. It took a couple of weeks to shop for new Insurance as now our rates had increased by **** We ended up getting the same policy with another broker for **** more a year (the best rate we could find). During this time Loancare notified us we had no insurance and purchased temporary insurance on our behalf for ***** Nothing like being charged for something that they failed to do as part of their legally binding contract! We have contacted their customer support line over and over again spending hours and never getting to speak with someone. They ask to validate your number and then hang up on you and never call you back. We have gotten times where we get to speak to a customer rep, but a supervisor is never available, We have gotten names, extension numbers, and promise of a call back with nothing but radio silence. Their automated service goes on for hours and seems like there hold music that jumps 10x the sound level is made to make you hang up. All in all, we are out ***** and our time to do business with them. I would avoid this company at all costs. To get rid of them we would have to take an additional penalty and increaserd interest rate. We are now seeking legal counsel to resolve this issue.

      Absolutely terrible for insurance claims. Received text to review their website for missing documents - website says all required documents received, Called and after getting through all of their messages about using their website, get someone that says the document they got could not be read. Upload the document they said was missing - website says document received. Hear nothing for two weeks, call them back and they say they have all documents and check will be sent in 3-5 days. Hear nothing. Call them again and they say they are missing the document that was previously upload to their website. They lose documents and make NO effort to contact me to let me know why they are still holding the insurance check.

      Just an abysmal company. Refinanced with them years ago and on the satisfaction of mortgage, they put the name of the previous owner and not me. Now the title shows two mortgages. We've been reaching out for weeks to get this corrected but they either did not respond or kept sending the same, incorrect document. We are supposed to close on the selling of the house tomorrow but likely won't be able to because they decided to wait until yesterday to act on the error. No one can give me an answer for how long it will take, nor get me in touch with someone who can. I have never seen such a magnificent combination of disinterest and incompetence in my life.

      Ive been trying to call to make a payment for two days! I keep getting disconnected saying I'm calling during peek hours and please try and call again. Ive have tried to pay my payment on line through the website, however there is nothing set up for me to pay it, the website says error use Chrome. I have been paying my modification payment since December and still nothing has changed on my account for the website. I am so frustrated with this right now. They are not the greatest! I keep getting a pop up saying my account is delinquient, how can that be since I have been paying since December 2021? Get your act together ! Karen D

      Terrible customer service. Statements are never accurate and you never get the same answer twice. Payments dont get applied properly. This company needs to be seriously investigated for fraud

      You ******* up mortgage and escrow accounts over charging me for 4 months I've talked to supervisor he said everything is fine next month same as before mismanaged will someone help me sue them . For harassment calls they can't add did anyone go school that works there??? Very Bad customer service.

      This is a terrible fraudulent company. Don't use!!! Very poor lying customer service.
      They try to trick you out of your mortgage. Especially now. They won't explain what money they want from you. Escrow went up they put spreadout with wrong total amount. Put complaint in with **** ******** Now probably need a lawyer. I won't lose my home. Lost my mom through this, and they take months to get the wrong papers to you. Thank God the government can be a intermediary.
      Stay far away from here. No supervisor will ever call you back that's another big fat lie. Such poor customer service go somewhere else when you can. They have dealt very fishy with me. Good luck

      LoanCare LLC has very poor customer service. We had some extra my money and decided to pay 2 mortgage payments (automated service). We called a couple days later to make sure our payment went through. We were told that only one payment did and that the other payment was put into an impound account. We asked why and we were told it was a mistake and that it would be taken care of. We waited a few days and decided to verify that this had been taken care of. We were told that it had been taken care of and that both payments were applied to the account. We received a carrier hand delivered notice from LoanCare that our loan was late and needed to be paid immediately. We called again and were offered an apology and that the 2nd payment should have been credited to the account. This was very embarrassing as we had house guests. Eventually they credited the payment. We decided to check our credit report and noticed that LoanCare reported our payment late. We filed a dispute without resolve. This has been a very bad experience. We recommend that you thoroughly read through the feedback about LoanCare before deciding to use them as a loan provider. Not the best way to take care of your customers LoanCare.
