We were approved for Forbearance and were told it would not be on our credit report. We are trying to get a loan for medical expenses and it shows our mortgage was 180 days late!
The mortgage was paid back and we received a letter of satisfaction.
You can try and try to contact these people, hours on hold. One person said oh sure we will get that removed. One person said send an email. One person says send a letter. another person said send a letter but then gives you a different address. For something that was suppose to help us and now we have to suffer consequences because they lied. The forbearance was approved. We did everything we were asked to do. And still shows on our credit report. The worst company ever.LoanCare, LLC

Wow! reading all the reviews here is making me very uneasy knowing I currently have three mortgage loans with LoanCare, LLC. I have been struggling for weeks now to get money issued back to me from a **** insurance claim check that was mailed to them a month ago. The work has been completed, all receipts and proof of payment has been send, and inspections completed.
This company is giving me the run around on giving me the funds that I should have used to get the work done. Instead, I have depleted my saving and run up my credit balance, just to fix the damages in our house. There is no way to get transferred to higher level manager to try and find a resolution and payment released as soon as possible. In the meantime, I am incurring interest charge expense and have no funds in my bank account to use for other obligations.
Every step of the way adds more time to the process because the can't use email and they snail mail everything. We are in year 2022 and they are running their business as if technology has not advanced to where we are now. Time is money and everyday that I wait is another day that they are unrightfully holding funds that should already been released.LoanCare, LLC

Worst EXPERIENCE EVER! WORST PART OF LOSSING MY FATHER. No estate department! My father passed *** it took 6 weeks to verify me to speak on his account. Each time I call it takes longer then 30 mimutes on hold. The worst communication and the rudiest managers i have ever talked to! Rude manager *********** that indicated someone else had put the property on program in April was supposed to investigate and call back in 24 to 48 hours ! NEVER CALLED back and today I was told that no information was documented by Ms. ********* The website is terrible the people are not educated on information and managers have the worst attitude. Still left up in the air and no papers in my name still! Can never talk to the same person. And each time I verify the account , they ask if my father still resides there!LoanCare, LLC

Literally worst provider! Their website is garbage, their phone system is garbage and their customer service agents are garbage. Website says "send us a message" well you can't find the message portal to. Calling them.. oh that'll take you over 20mins to filter through all their repetitive props and when you finally talk to a live person you get zero help. Telemarketers offer better customer service!LoanCare, LLC

I am so glad I am not alone with trying to get in touch with someone!! Just trying to make a payment. I have tried calling and going online. When you call and put in your information it recognizes who you are then states they are busy and it hangs up on you. Online even after resetting my password it says it does not recognize the user id and password or says error has occurred. Completely ridiculous!! This company is a HORRIBLE loan servicing company! I have been trying to get my name changed on my loan due to marriage for a year. I have submitted documentation a few times. Every time I called about it, no one could find the documents. When I finally got to a person that could see the documents, I was told I needed additional information. I send that in and still NO CHANGE. The reps could all see the request to change the name, though. I gave up on the name correction. Now, I am trying to sell the house and once again getting no help. I keep asking for a loan payoff amount that shows a portion of the loan removed to due a forgiveness, which I sent that documentation for. I kept getting the incorrect amount for the payoff. I finally got a ticket number for the payoff request to be escalated. I have been told over and over that I would get a response in 3-5 business days, or 24 hours, or 24-28 hours. I keep calling to the Escalation Department and the request is still being reviewed- and the time frames given for correspondence has lapsed. I call again and the rep could only, once again, escalate the request. The last rep stated he escalated it to Leadership after I asked to speak with someone higher up and he was unable to do a direct transfer. I was told I should hear something on Monday. The title company can't even get the correct information after submitting documentation several times! There is a possibility of me losing the offer on the house because Loan Care can't seem to properly process requests. I have worked in customer service for many years. This company doesn't seem to be able to keep customers happy. I don't understand how their *** rating is a B!? They are incapable of carrying out tasks and following up with people. I guess the homeowner isn't the customer they have to please, and it shows. But let me had not responded to one of their requests! Phone calls and e-mails galore. I hope to never have to deal with Loan Care again after this is over.LoanCare, LLC

I have been with loancare for several years. Their customer service beyond horrible. Each year they do an escrow analysis and I immediately pay any shortage using their website. They will still mess up my payments for months afterwards. I call to speak to a representative and after waiting for an hour, they drop my call and I have to start over. I often get a message that says that there is a high call volume and I should call back at another time. When I finally speak to a representative and explain the problem, they promise that they will fix it. They never do. I have to call back day after day, week after week for months. They promise that they will escalate the case and call me back. They never have. They loose payments and ask me to send in proof of payment, which I do. This still doesn't fix the problem. Once they loose the monthly payment, they add late fees and say they I have paid. I just finished a 2 hour conversation with the escalation department. They say that my case has been escalated to the highest tier and someone will contact me with more information. The escalation representative said that there was no one available to talk about my case. After reaching out to the department that is supposed researching my case, she stated that no one would come to the phone. Again I was promised a callback. They are very untrustworthy and now I'm starting to believe corrupt. Each representative promises a different fix, but the company never follows through. I am trying to get my mortgage switched to another company. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. They have misappropriated so many of my payments, so that much of the principal is never applied.LoanCare, LLC

This company is impossible to contact and disconnects me every time I contact by phone at their posted numbers They want me to call the new bank servicing my loan but the new bank does not have my 1098 statement for last year. That is all I want but now I am outraged the way I've been treated. The company flat out lies and says to call back and ask for an agent but it is impossible to get one. I think something very nefarious is going on with this company and somebody needs to check into it more seriously. I only found out they took over servicing my loan because I received a letter from ****** ***. When I tried to set up an online account, I was unable to complete the process and directed to call ******** service. ******** service makes it impossible to get a human on the line.
