    Henry was very friendly and SUPER informative about the security system and just overall real, I didn’t feel like we were being scammed with hidden fees or anything. So far loving all the perks & cool things we can do with our new security system.

    So I needed home security as Hank answered the call. He provided the knowledge and information that I needed to make my home secure. If you have any issues, he will fix it immediately without hesitation. So if you needed a secured and safe home then Hank is your man.

    Meeting Hank was the best thing for me and my family. Hank was knowledgeable and a subject matter expert at his profession! Previously with safe haven ***** the *** rep did not explain that it was a contracted company installing and they tried to sell me extra equipment that was 10x more than my monthly payment. Hank was able to give me what I asked for and more! I’m happy I got rid of safe haven and went with Smart Home security! If I could give 10 stars I would, the other 5 would come from the technician who came out and did an amazing job!

    Henry came by two days into my ***** security trail. At first I was a bit concerned as he just showed up at my house. I had been having issues with *****’s door contacts falling off in the middle of the night, which made me feel unsafe using the system. Henry was very kind and understanding with my nervousness and helped me switch over to their system. The install tech helped us with install and we haven’t had a single issue since! Compared to *****s smart system we have had better contact, no issues with the system itself, and quick and professional help whenever we need! I recommend Henry if you are looking for help with a new security system.
