    My wife and I were in the process of moving into our new house and they made themselves always available even with our busy schedules. The technicians were super friendly and the set up process was quick. Including the mastermind Hank. Highly recommend.

    My wife and I had just moved into our new home when we met Henry “Hank” ******. He was super friendly and helpful! He showed us so many examples of his satisfied customers and backed up how great their security system is! They just installed it for us and it’s as great as they say it is!

    Henry ****** with Vector was the best!! SAFEHAVEN was off my list as soon as they pushed the envelope too hard. Henry was well I’m informed, professional, straight to the point and all about getting me the deal that could make my property as safe as possible! Kudos to Henry and Vector security, they are the ONLY option. Equipment and gear is really cool and works really well too!

    We had just moved to Virginia and chosen to go with ****** security because it was what our home loan company had recommended at the time. A couple days ago, Henry “Hank” ****** stopped by and told us about Alarm.com. It’s basically almost the same system as ****** but has so much more features for a smaller payment per month. The more he told us about it, I couldn’t believe we hadn’t heard about it sooner. Luckily we had heard about it just in time to send in our cancellation notice to ****** and get Alarm.com installed instead. So far it’s easy to operate, with good surveillance in the front and back of our house, and Henry also included a smoke and carbon detector to put inside our house. I feel so much better going with ********* Security and I especially feel better about having a smaller monthly payment.

    Hank (the sales person) and Shawn (the installation tech) were amazing! Both are very knowledgeable and have previously worked at other security companies, so they know the ins and outs. The prices are lower than the other companies and the service and equipment are so much better! I originally had ****** scheduled to come out, but after talking with Hank, I quickly changed my mind and went with them. Very professional people. My grandfather has ****** and there are many features with this equipment that ****** does not have. I highly recommend and will be getting my grandfather to switch over too!

    Henry was absolutely great!! He provided me so much information and evidence for me to not stay with the original company l had and why vector was a better choice and it sure was. Henry was able to get me a great deal and more for my buck than what l was getting with the other company. The security system is absolutely great and I would recommend anybody to go with Vector and definitely talk to Henry!
