      I found a piece of hair in my Serene Herbs product. I purchased this product back in November 13, 2024 but did not start using the product until March. I contacted this company March 5, ********************************************************************************************************** replacement (but then started thinking this is nasty, unacceptable). After seeking advice with legal counsel (cause at this point I have been consuming the product) it was determined that something is not up to par if a piece of hair is in the product. I gave Serene Herbs 15 days to respond to the request and they did not. On April 2nd 2025 I advised that I would be reporting the concern to the regulatory agencies accordingly. Ironically I did receive a delivery today 04/14/2025 but I believe that was only after I sent the last email. I have no interest in doing business with this company and will be returning this product to Serene Herbs. The more I think about it the more disgusted I get, like a whole piece of hair that it not mine. At this point I am looking for a refund I barely got to the original product prior to the mishap.

      I placed an order with the company on March 8, 2025. I have attempted to reach out to the customer service support team. My money has been taken out of Afterpay however I have not received the product and I have not received any communication from the company for status updates my purchase amount was $142.27. I no longer want the product since it has been almost a month. I want my money back. According to the order number on their website, my order number was *****.

      I do not remember ordering this product and reached out to the company to return the product before I even received the product. I have the package unopened to return, but the company has not responded to the three attempts I have made for a refund.

      I ordered product and never received the product. The company sends me an email refusing to send me a refund citing that the product was delivered. The delivery address is in ******** and I reside in **************. I sent them a copy of the order confirmation which has my correct address and they will not refund my money. Im simply seeking a refund.

      Somehow, I got signed up for a subscription that I was unaware of and then unauthorized transaction occurred and I said from the very beginning thatI just wanted refunded now a product got sent out again and theyre stating that I need to send the product back to be refunded, but sent the product to the wrong address After I relentlessly begged for it not to. And now I have absolutely no way of returning this product because it was not delivered to me so I dont know what to do and Im getting angrier by the moment having to deal with this day after day after day I did not receive the product because you have the wrong address and I want my money back somebody please call me and let me know how we can resolve this

      Item ordered took extremly long time to receive, then received wrong. Requested refund SEVERAL times by contacting the company through their social media platform and and emailing. I kept getting replies stating to contact their support email and that someone will contact me. They also asked for pictures of the item(s) received that was incorrect. I provided that and still no outcome..Im just requesting a refund.

      Placed an order with Serene Herbs on March 7, 2025. Sent email on March 17, 2025 to follow up on status and request cancellation if delayed. Vendor refused to cancel or and keep stating their making me a priority.

      I placed on order on Feb 4, 2025 with Serene Herbs. I ordered Soursop Capsules: Daily Holistic Blend trial bottle & 17-in-1 Daily Holistic Blend trial bottle. Total paid amount for that order was $68.91. I received an email from the company stating my order was delivered on 01/04/25; however, my order was placed in Feb 4, 2025. I have emailed the company multiple times regarding the charge for this order that I have yet to receive. Today, March 7, 2025, Serene Herbs charged my credit card again in the amount of $37.24 for a subscription order that I did not authorize for a bottle of Soursop Capsules: Daily Holistic Blend. I submitted a refund request for both order to their only contact email and emailed them as well. To date, I have not received any assistance with the initial order that I never received or the subsequent unauthorized charge. I would like to receive a refund for both charges because I never received the order and their correspondence about my order date is incorrect and second was not authorized.

      Hello I ordered two products with this company on February 17, 2025 and it is now March 19, 2025 and I have not received my items nor heard from the company. The tracking information has not been updated, it has stayed stuck in the pre-shipment phase since February 20. 2025.

      I ordered this product on February 8th and I have yet to receive it with no updates
