      I ordered a bottle of the soursop supplements on February 28. After hearing nothing from the company for over a week, I tracked my order on the Shop app and the status said order placed it has been in that status since then. It is March 15 today I have not received any information from serene Herbs, but they had the audacity to email me asking for a review. DO NOT do business with this company. I have been SCAMMED!

      order placed March 1, 2025; no response from company regarding when the products will be shipped. I have emailed the company several times and have not received a response yet. As of today, I still have not received the products.

      On Jan ******* I ordered the product, received product on Jan 27. requested a refund on Feb19,************ says 100% return free policy, product taste awful, doesn't work, the bottle it comes in leaks when you try pouring it. I attempted emailing them on two separate occasions with no luck. Whoever handles the emails is completely ignoring me when i request a refund, On their website it specifically says 30 day money back guarantee. I feel as if I am being mislead and robbed. Companies that lie to the American public should not be allowed to do business. Business has not tried to solve problem. I found the ad on Instagram

      On Feb 7th, 2025 I placed an order on the ************************** site for a bottle of the soursop bitters. However I didn't receive any shipping details until Feb 10th. Today is Feb 18th and the product has not been shipped at all, no movement. As you can see from the attached email chain, they are very sketchy and never provide any updates as to why the shipment is delayed.

      Made purchase with business on Nov. 16, 2024 and havent received anything as of today December 2, 2024. Received tracking number for package but package hasnt been sent. Would like to receive refund.

      My SEZZLE bank card stated Serene Herbs & ****** ******* never refunded me although Serene Herbs has lied and provided a fake refund transaction slip with no date (the one I prior attached stating I was refunded) I keep email the manager or supervisor ****** ******* who stated he or she was refunding me and whom provided the refund transaction slip but ****** Tuffour is not responding. This is very unethical especially when ****** ******* stated I will be refunded because refund was approved and processed. Which *********** is stating Serene Herbs & ****** ******* has not refunded me as the SEZZLE bank received no refund for me. Serene Herbs is operating a shady business lying to customers & banks.need to refund me and hold the merchant accountable ??Merchant name:Serene Herbs Contact Representatives who email me advising of full refund : ****** ******* Email:************************************************************ Contact the companySerene Herbs (representative name: ****** ******* As Sezzle should not be taking me through all this BS when theSerene Herbs (representative:****** Tuffouris telling me that I was already refund and sent me a screenshot of Serene Herbs system, saying Im refunded. The date the email was sent shows as December 4, 2024 at 1:25 PM Serene Herbs stated they fully Refunded me $46.65 so Sezzle should refund me but Sezzle is saying they never received the refund of $46.65 from Serene Herbs.
