      I was ordering this product monthly for 5 months, really was enjoying how i felt, until the last months order came in and they changed the bottle to plastic and added *************** and other preservatives to the product all while not updating the website or telling their customers. i would not have purchased it this last time had i known, when i contacted them about it they argued with me and said send back the product and they would give me my $80 back, so i did. It has now been over 14 days and i have still not received my refund, this is very unacceptable. when i told them about this they said when they get the product back they will do refund, this was july 8, i looked up the trcking and it said it was received june 26. i told them this and they responded with yes it looks like we have received your order and will process your refund shortly. This is unacceptable. I still havent seen my refund. And now i dont get to enjoy the health benefits of this product becuase they ruined it with preservatives. Im so angry!

      Customers be AWARE. The first time you order this herbal product it automatically comes with FREE delivery but with a SUBSCRIPTION (not to a herbal research/brochure) but to a RECURRENT monthly order of the same product. THIS IS THE ***** Additionally, when you email them to cancel the **** subscription, they want you to log in to their website and cancel it YOURSELF. No matter how dissatisfied you are. I first ordered this product on May 10, 2025, and waited to check with my doctor before trying it when I received a SECOND shipment by June 13, 2025. I had four unopened bottles when I noticed the subscription ***** I immediately emailed them to cancel any account and subscription with them and get the labels to send my second shipment back. They refused to send me the RETURN LABELS stating on an email that the products were NOT damaged and I had to pay myself to return their product which I did PRIORITY MAIL. I was so angry about their business practice/scam that I did not care to pay it myself. I returned their second shipment June 16, 2025, and asked for a refund of my money. I contacted my credit card company to stop any payment to this unprofessional business. After reading ALL these complaints I doubt they will return my money. I can assure you that IF i do not get my money back, I will make my first TIKTOK video showing ALL Spanish, English and French speaking customers about this company and their fraudulent practice. My personal advice: DO NOT BUY this product because if they were so GOOD, they would have refunded my money and cancel my account in a blink. This complain is NOT about the ingredients which I did not taste, but the recurrent subscription WITHOUT the option to opt out or a CLEAR explanation of it.

      I ordered from this company in February of 2025. I noticed that I never received a tracking or any updated information. I messaged the company on Instagram they told me my order was delayed because of having a lot of orders. Through out the months I tried to get tracking information and never got it. After I informed them that I would report them they sent me a tracking number in May 2025. The tracking number was not addressed to me and was fraudulent. I reached out to them again and they informed me that my order was sent and will give me the correct tracking. I am still waiting after months of excuses. This company is a fraud and I will not be ordering never again. Please people do not order from this company.

      They are fraudulently saying that 1 bottle is a month supply they are not its a 2 week supply. The bottles are only 16 oz, which you can not see in any of the pictures on their website. They say the dosage is 2 tablespoons a day which would be 60 tablespoons a month. Well anybody who took simple math in elementary school would know that 60 tablespoons is 30 oz of liquid. Such a scam and false advertising. Do not buy this product. Yes I feel it works but its a scam for what they are saying you are getting 1/2 of what you are paying for!

      I ordered soursop capsules on February 28, 2025. I havent received my order and sent several emails and havent gotten a response. I recommend no one order from Serene Herbs.

      Do not buy! I placed an order directly with Serene Herbs on 2/7/24, and it is now 3/8/24. I have yet to receive any package or correspondence from the company. They send phony emails stating the package is delayed due to holidays, bird flu, etc. Furthermore, they send fake emails with "tracking info," but that shows nothing but a pre-shipment message that remains unchanged. I have emailed them several times to request an update, but to no avail. This so-called company does nothing but take people's hard-earned money and scam them.

      I placed an order on Dec 5, 2024, it is now January 9, 2025. I havent received my order and it says in the shop app that my order was cancelled! Do not offer from this place. When I emailed them an African emailed me back. It was sketchy. I do no recommend anyone ordering from them its a scam!!!

      I ordered my soursop bitters bottle on Dec 27th 2024. I haven't received my bottle yet as of Jan 7th 2025. It said it takes 3-7 business days to receive my order and it hasn't even moved to shipping status yet. It still says preparing for shipment on the Shop app. This is very disappointing :( . I really wanted to give this company a try after seeing countless ads about the product. Now I regret giving them my money. I should've came to the BBB first. I already made a dispute with my bank. **** BEWARE!!!

      *** ordered my purchase and was tracking then one day the tracking number said it switched to a different carrier Ive tried that tracking number and the information stated that the product wasnt given to the carrier now the tracking is gone Ive emailed the company several times and have yet to receive a response.
