      Product never recieved after weeks. No communication or update after several emails were given either.

      I ordered from TikTok shop first to try it aug 2024. I liked it, it worked well. One bottle is a 2week supply. It had a strong bitter punch. I liked it enough that I thought I’d try for one month to see if it would continue to work. I went to the actual Serene Herbs website to order more. sept 2024 I got the one month supply pack and and extra bottle (deal that popped up as I was checking out).. what I received was vastly different than the first bottle. It was thick, gritty, and syrupy. It tasted like garlic not at all like the first bottle I ordered. I contacted them asking for a refund of the one month supply they have a 30 day guarantee on the website. The return of two bottles was received by them on October 2,2024. I’m still waiting for the refund. I will update this review if anything changes.
