    On Jan 9th I ordered a pair of shoes online. Order number was EM5HKJMNN in the amount of $65.98. 10 days later I still did not have a tracking number and was not receiving any response from customer service. On Jan 18th i requested a refund and asked that my order be cancelled. There was no response so I filed a claim with my banking institution. After I filed my claim I would receive emails periodically saying the order was processed and the shoes were on the way, but never provided a tracking number and they acted like they did not see my email saying i would like a refund. Its like they totally ignored the request and refused to provide a return address. I attached email transmissions as proof. I even told them I was going to send the shoes right back if they were received. On jan 30th I received the shoes in the mail. I immediately took them back to the post office and the clerk wrote "refused" on the package and returned it to where it was mailed from. Fast forward to March and I get a notification that the bank claim was reversed on the shoes because VTKiX was claiming they had not received them back when in fact they had but rejected them. The shoes were then sent to the ******* ******************** where I have had no success recovering the shoes. That means I'm out of $65.98 and no shoes. I want my $65.98 back. Vtkix has never been able to provide proof that they shipped those shoes out prior to my cancelling my order. They ignored my requests for a refund and refused to provide a return address for the shoes. This company deliberately stalled on responding to my cancellation requests and responding to bank inquiries and now the shoes are unrecoverable. I would like to see my refund returned ASAP.

    Returned shoes and have asked for my money back for over a month.Seeking my money back.

    Sent the shoes back because of wrong size. Never received my refund.

    I returned a purchase, requested a refund, was told refund would take **** buisness days. This occurred in March, we are now in May and I still have not received anything, I have emailed them multiple times and I get no reply. My advice to consumers is don't let what is happening to me happen to you. Do not do buisness with this company. They will steal your money, not to mention it cost me $22.00 to return their poor quality product.

    Hello everyone,

    My name is ****** the owner of VTKIX LLC. I have looked into what has happened here using our customer support communication history.

    The customer ************************* ordered from ********************** LLC February 4, 2023 ordering one pair of Air Glides. The shipping did take longer then expected to reach ****** because it got held at an airport for reasons we are not aware of. ****** informed ** that he shipped his order back to our warehouse team in **** on March 11th. On March 16th we confirmed to ****** that we received his order back and then on March 16th we processed the requested refund and informed the customer that "the money will immediately be back with your financial institution and it will take between 7 and 14 days until it is credited back in your account.". On March 21st (just 5 days later) ****** filed a chargeback against VTKIX LLC. With whom we use as a credit card processer chargebacks elevate the refund process and cancels it, this is done to prevent credit card fraud against VTKIX LLC. ******'s card provider sided with VTKIX LLC causing ****** to loose the chargeback.

    Overall summary what happened with ****** the customer: Customer ordered from ********************** LLC, shipping to customer took longer then expected, customer wasn't happy with his order, customer contacted support, customer returned order to ********************** LLC, ********************** LLC issued a refund, during the refund processing time customer filed a chargeback claim against ********************** LLC that elevated and stopped the refund that was being issued to avoid credit card fraud against VTKIX LLC, VTKIX LLC won the chargeback claim, ****** is out of their money for the order even though they returned it.

    VTKIX LLC is happy to issue ****** a refund for their order as we do care about our customer experience. 

    I have personally issued the refund right now (see attached file). The money will immediately be back with your financial institution and it will take between 7 and 14 days until it is credited back in your account, so please do NOT file another chargeback claim restarting this process again.
