      I have made three attempts to contact this company to establish service. Every time I try I get a message stating that a human would be in touch shortly this is never the case all I get is crickets. I am beginning to wonder if this is a viable service and company to do business with. I am continuing to research my options

If you're address was not found in our system via the web search to check service. That indicates your address is not serviceable at this time. Meaning either you are not within our current coverage area, or a physical survey of your address needs to be done to verify what may be required to connect your address to our network. There is no specific time frame we provide on the website that would indicate an immediate follow up if your address is presently not serviceable.       My internet went out and I contacted the company and the customer service representative not only told me I cant get service to my apartment for four days, he was also rude about it. If I don't get a discount on my service I will leave and take further legal action

      Astounds lack of service is really astounding Really gone down hill since the took over WAVE Cable! Ive been without TV services for days. My appointment was for today with a 12 hour window. The called two hours ago and were on the way???? Maybe there are coming from ********!

      I first tried to reach them to pay a ****. I was on hold for a long time. Then they hung up. I then tried to reach them for tech support. Same thing happened. I want to cancel but I cant reach them

      T makes it worse that your response doesnt acknowledge the biggest issue: that I was disconnected twice. Its one thing to have a long response time. Its another to have no confidence that ihe one might never get through. You should at least acknowledge there is a serious problem.

      Ever since Astound took over the Wave network in our area its been abysmal services. We have had to have techs out at least once a month to look at and work on our network. From replacing wiring to replacing modems. Now the whole neighborhood is fighting speed issues that to me look like they just cant provide the bandwidth demands. I called in took 5 days to get a tech out to our house, he spent less than a hour checking things and determined the problem is not on site but an outage. Outage 'claimed' to be resolved now, still same issue less than 2 megs on a 1 gig connection for download, upload is fine at 30 megs. Called back got another tech dispatch scheduled now for 7 days later. I work from home which means I have now 2 weeks where I am unable to work. I tried escalating, tried getting them to call the tech that has already tested our house. Tried forcing them to reach out to a manager, they put me on hold. When they came back they pretended they could not hear me, now I say pretended for a reason. I could hear myself feedback from their equipment when I spoke. They eventually hung up on me and I had to start the process over. Went until my phone died and now charging it so I can start it all over when its back to a full charge. If I could vote 0 stars I would.
