    On August 6, 2022, I went online to pay a $245.91 bill to *****'s Home Medical. The site for doxo popped up, and I presumed they had been hired by *****'s to process payments. I proceeded to pay the bill using my debit card, and it was deducted from my account in the amount of $254.78, which included doxo's service charge. I was informed the payment would be delivered by August 14th, it was not! I contacted doxo on the 18th of August and was told it would be delivered by close of business that day. It is now August 24th, and *****'s says that payment has not been delivered. They are threatening collection activity, and I cannot order parts for my c-pap machine. Doxo site n the other hand swears the payment was delivered. I just want to have the payment made, or my money returned!

    On July 11th I was charged for a check to pay ** EZpass through Doxo for 21.99$. ** ****** never received the payment now I'm getting charged an additional late fee which now bring the total to $36.00. I tried to contact Doxo by calling them and was on hold for over an hour. I also selected the option for them to call me back and I never received a call. I also tried to talk to a tech through their website and got no where.

    Our customer care team requested the proof of **********************. They should have that tomorrow and reach back out to you to resolve any issues. We sent the funds to Drive EZ ******** - Notice Of Toll Due as requested. doxo advised the payment would be there by July 20, 2022. The check cleared our bank on July 26, 2022 .

    Back in May of 2022, I received an email from Doxo saying that they partnered with *************************** (water, sewage, stormwater) in **********, ** and that I was to use the Doxo website to make all of my payments. I made a payment in May, June, July and was charged a $6.95 "processing fee" every time. Luckily, my local public utilities office received those payments. I got an email 2 weeks ago saying my next public utilities bill was due August 11th. I logged in to Doxo, and there was no amount for what was being billed. Doxo wanted me to just pay any amount, which, I did not do. Got another email last week saying my public utilities bill was due "on or around the 19th of August". So I logged in to Doxo and there was nothing there except a link to what I thought was the local public utilities website, but it wasn't. It was just a bogus link back to them. So, I called my local public utilities office and inquired about my bill, which isn't due until almost the end of the month, and it's only $20. My local public utilities office stated they "have not partnered with Doxo". I believe Doxo to be nothing more than spammers as they got me for $6.95 on 3 separate occasions. I want my money back. People, beware, Doxo is a corrupt business.

    Upon looking into this. In May when you submitted your first payment to City Portsmouth (**) - ****** Utilities you enable payment reminder. This is just advising that you paid the ****** the previous month. I have disabled this feature for you

    On August 15, 2022 I made an online payment to my electric company through Doxo and the electric company called me and said it was rejected and that it was drafted from ***** Fargo but my bank account is through Chase and my account was charged $33 but yet the electric company told me do not go through and was rejected I want my money back. I have never made an online payment this was the first time and I thought that they work through the electric company because I wasnt able to get a hold of my electric company on the phone To make a payment.

    I was paying my bills online, and I thought I had the right link but this link came through, and since it was my first time I just thought that it was the right one so I went on with my payment with my credit card on 08/06/22 but then the **** that I was supposed to pay they're calling me saying that I need to pay my **** and the money was taken out of bank account.

    On 04/22/2022 I utilize DOXO to pay my GFL environment I sent $ ****** to them form my checking account I spoke with a representative from GFL Environmental and I was informed that they have not received their money as of today 08/11/2022. DOXO have taking my money and have not given me proof form their end as to what was the actual method of payment to GFL Environment.

    We are in the middle of refinancing from **************** to Rocket Mortgage. I received an email from DOXO saying it was for this month's Mortgage payment plus a fee. I didn't realize that *************** had automatically removed my August payment from my credit union on 8/8/22 when DOXO had charged me for the same payment on 8/4/22. My normal payment automatically taken out of my account has been $422.46. DOXO 's **** was for $437.27. Because of all the changes going on with our remortgaging I thought DOXO was part of the process. I had never heard of DOXO before. DOXO took me by complete surprise--it also cleaned me out for my credit union account. I don't know how they got my information either. ***********************************

    I have looked into this for you. The account with doxo was created on August 4, 2022. On that date you requested payment to be sent to **************** this payment was sent to them electronically on August 09, 2022. doxo has disclaimer posted during the process advising that we are no affiliated with any ******. 

    The account can only be set up by the account holder and payment can only at the request of the account holder. doxo does not send out bills or automatically debit your account. If any refund is owed to you this will be sent to you by **************** they have this payment and have not sent this back to doxo

    My complaint #********* has been resolved by my 2nd for the mortgage money being returned altho they kept the fees they charged AND the Doxo company had no business in the transaction at all. Please can you let people know that they are scavengers.

    Went online to pay my water **** with Columbia County **.gov & this site popped up. They us a third party so I assumed this was whom payments were processed through after putting in my account number all my information popped up. I paid the **** with my bank card and the confirmation was sent to my email that the **** was paid.The next day service was disconnected **** never paid! They been taking money for 3 months.

We sent the funds to County of ********** Utilities (**). doxo advised the payment would be there by August 11, 2022.We are very clear about the delivery date on payments when they are made, we have no desire for anyone to have a late payment, we even ask that you check a box and say you understand the date when making your payment so that you do not have an interruption of service.     I tried to pay a **** directly to ************** ***************** online. Doxo popped up, and it appeared they were the new remittance company for **************. On 7/15/22, my debit card was charged $104.26 by Doxo. Ostensibly, they sent a check to ************** for $99.32. Even though they are a "free" **** pay service, I was charged a $4.94 service fee. As of today, ************** Water claims they have not received that check. I called Doxo customer service on 8/5/22 and was told the check had been cashed on 8/4/22 by **************. The representative told me me she would immediately send proof of the check clearing to my email. 3 days later, no email from them. Besides a $15.00 late fee from the water company, I had to pay the water company on the phone for my late payment. I want Doxo to refund my $104.26, and compensate me for the $15.00 late fee. This whole experience smells of a scam.

We also have disclaimers posted that we are not affiliated with any ******. doxo is not a free **** pay service. I have also attached a screenshot regarding this.

    I was attempting to pay a **** online and when I attempted to log onto the providers website this website came up. Since this is the first time paying online to this provider I assumed they used this company to collect payments. I was wrong. I paid with my debit card and the money was deducted from my bank account the same day 07/18/22. I assumed it had been paid until I received a second notice from the provider. I called and no payment had been received. I went to the DOXO website and it showed the payment had been delivered on 07/25/22. I called again today 08/02/22 and the **** is still pending. I went to DOXO support chat line and was told their records showed the payment had not been made even though their website said it had been delivered. I called and paid the **** again over the phone with the provider and requested a full refund including the $2.99 service added back to my bank account. I was told someone would contact within 3 days for a resolution.
