      Opted in for e-gift card. Machine glitched after no activity for a few seconds and printed cash voucher. Store front could not help and advised to call Coin Star directly. Called Coin Star, and representative was extremely rude and would not refund me any funds claiming it was my fault!!!Fraud!!!!

      I'm a disabled vet with a spinal injury. I put my tablet in excellent shape in the coinstar machine and it says we will give you one dollar for it. I'll give it to Goodwill or the ************** before worthless cheating coinstar. I walked four miles there with a cane on pain meds. Cornstar rates worthless in my book.

      Horrible ***************** I was purchasing items in the store of ********** and ****** in ******* (My usual ******* store) on 02/23/2024 around 12:30 PM. when I decided to exchange some coins (Around $3.00 only) at a coinstar machine at the location. The machine ate my coins and did not process it. ******* rep ********* informed that the machine was broken for a while (But did not put a sign on it....) and did not help and told us to wait around two hours as the supervisors were busy and went to lunch!!!!! For $3, I left the issue as is. Called Coinstar ************** No one answered, and when they did, they said they will call back. one week later I'm still waiting.

      Stole 90$ from me. Pre-counted 250$ in change exactly. Their Machine only counted 160$ exactly. Customer service is extremely poor....called immediately after the transaction....was told and audit would take 3 weeks. After 3 weeks called in and was told that I just needed to wait longer. They are unable to give any idea at all of just how much longer...I just need to wait. Waiting for 3 weeks is unreasonable....waiting for an indefinite period of time...a Joke. Folks should find another way to sell their coins.

      Seems to be nothing but a scam. I put my coinsin the machine and got a voucher for **** which I did not request and is not accepted by any ****. Outright theft of my money.

      I was told I would be given gift card with no fee but they never let me select the gift card I do not recommend.

      Don't use the coin star in ************ I counted out my change just to see if the machine would be counting it correctly. Sure enough, out of $200.00 it took $19.98 from ******* charged me $21.67 leaving me with $158.35! Plus I didn't add in the penny's there was $6.57 so I really had $206.57!

      Took my change to ingles in ******* had at least ******. When slip printed it had ******. Got manager and he put in 4 quarters in and the slip printed and said 64 cents. Did again and it was 43 cents I called many times in 2 and a half months was told wait a week not counted box this was several times said one rep was rude and said *** call in a week again asked for supervisor was told none there at time. I was pretty upset she said and thats it kept asking for supervisor was told one would call next day. No call Was told that the box didnt show my claim Asked for supervisor again was told one would call within an hour. No call. Cheated me a lot of money. Trying to do all I can to warn people
