It was a pleasure working with ***** and JCC. They were able to come in and assess what my dads 1981 house needed to be attractive and functional to a buyer to get top dollar. They were professional, on-time, and responsive. While they are not the least expensive firm out there, the quality of their work was excellent. In addition, they were able to address last minute issues that arose and solve them really fast so that our listing date didnt get pushed. A real plus was that ****** team was always on call and available for anything that came up. They were able to do added landscaping and tree limb removal. On a days notice, they were able to get a team in there to replace and repaint a large amount of rotted wood that was discovered a week before we were set to list the house. On top of that, ****** team had a good eye for design and structural changes that added to the overall value of the house. The remodel that they did allowed us to list the house at a much higher price netting us a sizable profit.

We had an exceptional experience working the JCC Concierge team. Competent, courteous people who show up on time and with no hassles. This is the way to do it. We were moving a relative out of a home that needed work done to sell at a premium. The *** team came in, assessed the house, gave us a quote based on what was appropriate for the area, guaranteed the work and then turned it around in a matter of weeks. We were blown away.This isn't one of those 'we'll cut you a deal if you leave a review' situations. A strong, strong recommend from a very satisfied customer.JCC Concierge

JCC Concierge is a highly professional, exceedingly capable, renovation team. We contracted with JCC Concierge to renovate our 1972 home prior to putting it up for sale. Our home needed a lot of work to make it move-in ready for the next owner. We worked with the *** team to develop the scope of work and timeline. We couldn't be more delighted with our experience. From the detailed scope, the excellent communication and craftsmanship, the quick response to questions, and the ability of *** to work on schedule, it was an unexpectedly easy home renovation process. We are absolutely thrilled with how well the process went. We sold our home above asking having attracted the right buyer. I am so glad that I found this company! A trusted family advisor referred me to them after my mom passed away, and I needed to sell her house along with make a few small upgrades to the primary bathroom. Everyone starting from ***** to all of his packers, movers, stagers, construction crew and administrative folks were absolutely stellar to work with. They all made a very emotionally difficult process go much smoother, and I am very thankful. MY moms house sold in under 24 hours which was such a huge weight off my shoulders. I plan on using them again in the future when we sell our house, and purchase a new home. Highly recommend!JCC Concierge

I worked with JCC when selling my property because I wanted my house to sell quick and for peak value. Having the concierge experience resulted in me being hands-off with the home selling process which is exactly what I was looking for. They presented multiple options for potential value adds on my home, and I appreciated that there was never any pressure to say yes. Fortunately, I trusted and fully agreed with their analysis and JCC completed renovations quickly and effectively. The house looked great! The property sold quick and for JCC's suggested listing price so I can't argue with their results either. JCC did a great remodel of my house. I love how open and light everything is and wish I had done the remodel much sooner. JCC gave me several options for the remodel to choose from. There was no pressure to choose one option or the other. There was a short timeline to complete the remodel and all work was done according to schedule. The house sold within 3 days and above the asking price.I totally trust JCC and appreciate their integrity. I highly recommend JCC to anyone who wants to update their home.JCC Concierge

JCC did a tasteful, well-designed remodel of my house as part of the sales agreement and I could not have been happier. The price was fair and reasonable and the project completed according to schedule. Through my realtor, *********************** with Hometown ******************** I indirectly worked with JCC. First off, ***** was great. Low pressure, honest, to the point, didn't waste our time and tell us what we wanted to hear. He listened, and offered suggestions. I would highly recommend ***** and his team. SIDE NOTE: One of my best friends was my initial realtor...and she did everything she could to get my place sold. Unfortunately, COVID had an impact. I knew it needed some TLC and I didn't want to front the cost of updates since we were having work done on my husband's condo so opted to go with *****...needless to say it was a great move. My condo sold in just over 24 hours with a full price offer. JCC did excellent work on the upgrades to my condo--painting (**********************, fireplace, bathroom countertops, etc. I'll admit I'm nit picky and I found nothing to nit pick about! My whole experience with *********** was an overall great experience.JCC Concierge
