  I recently had the pleasure of working with ***** and his team during the sale of my mother's home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was great and ***** was incredibly helpful every step of the way. The home needed some work done on the inside, and ***** helped coordinate the entire process, handling all the details seamlessly. When we discovered that some plumbing work had been done by a relative that wasn't quite up to code, ***** and the JCC Concierge Team jumped in and got everything fixed and back in order without any delay. This was the smoothest and most stress-free experience I've ever had. ***** and his team are true professionals - efficient, reliable, and genuinely good people to work with.   In the summer of 2021, we decided to sell our townhouse and chose ********************* and JCC Concierge to assist us. We took advantage of the concierge service to prepare our townhouse for sale. They did an amazing job with painting, laying new flooring and updating the kitchen and bathrooms. All was accomplished in a very timely manner. After doing an incredibly beautiful job of staging the townhouse, it was ready to be listed for sale. Based on his expertise ***** helped us decide on a reasonable selling price.Less than 24 hrs after listing our townhouse, we accepted an offer that was more than 7.5% above our asking price. ***** and JCC Concierge were great to work with! They communicated well and made the whole process so carefree. This was the second time ***** has helped us sell a property, and we would not hesitate to call him again in the future. We highly recommend ********************* and JCC Concierge.

  We had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience with *****, a contractor from JCC Concierge. He promised in his sales pitch that we would get $1.50 for every dollar we put in, but we didn't even get $1 for every $1. We went with *****, because our realtor recommended him and said he could knock out the work quickly. His estimate was twice as much as another estimate we received, but we decided to go with him, because we were assured it would be done quickly, in about two weeks. We had some additional items from the pre-inspection we had right after we moved out, so we expected it to take a little longer. However, it ended up taking 9 weeks! He told us he had other projects that were delayed and this is why ours was delayed. The inspection items were pounded out in the last 9 days. We had to move out for this work to be completed, so this delay was really hard on us financially. We kept being told that it would be done by such and such a date, and then that day would roll around and hardly anything had been completed since the last supposed finish date we were given. After we moved out, ****** team immediately took out our carpet, tore apart our small shed, and left the carpet and shed remains all over our back lawn for 8 weeks until we brought it to his attention. By then, our grass was dead. He did put patches of sod down in our back yard to replace the dead grass, but it was really not pleasant to look at and I believe affected the appeal of our home. When we were told it was completed and to come for a walk through, several big items had not yet been completed. With all of the empty promises it got to a point where we didnt trust ***** at all. We asked him to compensate us financially for the extreme delay and he just gaslit us. These empty promises left us losing a lot of money and being very stressed out for nine weeks. If we could go back in time, we would never have chosen to go with JCC Concierge. We deeply regret it.

  I am so sorry that you had such a frustrating experience with your move and our company.  I know that moving is a very stressful experience.  In your situation I know that the stress was elevated since you purchased your new home before selling your current one.  As we discussed, we had 2 jobs ahead of yours that had to be completed prior to starting yours.  We are unable to change our job queue even when a person chooses to purchase before they sell their home.  Unfortunately both projects ahead of yours encountered delays due to unforeseen items.  (The items that caused a delay on the other projects are very similar to your project's surprise home inspection items.)

  After your home inspector identified a list of issues, you wisely chose to address them so that it would not hinder a sale by scaring a potential buyer.  These items added more than 30% to the scope of work on the project.  It was a wise move but it certainly added to the timeline.   

  When you calculate your return on the investment, I'd encourage you to review the items that were deferred maintenance and inspection item deficiencies.  They would have significantly impacted the "as is" selling price of the home in addition to the speed of sale. 

  We worked hard to deliver results for you in spite of these challenges.  We were so sorry that we killed the grass in the back yard.  In fact, we installed sod and did all of the landscaping at no charge in an effort to make it up to you.  

  You chose to list your home for $799k and sold it above your asking price in only 7 days!  While it took longer to complete the project than either of us would have liked, we are proud of the results and happy for you.  We hope you enjoy your next chapter of life in your new home.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with ***** and JCC Concierge and we must say, we were thoroughly impressed. ***** had all the right answers to my questions and was always available to address any concerns we had. Not only that, but ******* personality made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. As for our favorite room in our newly sold home, it's hard to say, as every room was so well-designed and inviting, JCC Concierge did an amazing job!   I had the pleasure of working with ******************* and JCC Concierge and overall, I was very satisfied with the exceptional service provided by this team. They truly delivered on their promise. The recommendation they made for the house was spot on and exactly what it needed to be sold! My house lasted only a couple days on the market and sold for $50k above list price! Im glad they recommended this option or I wouldve left a significant amount of money on the table. I simply didn't have the time to seek out contractors and manage renovations myself.   The JCC Concierge ownership and the managers/supervisors were knowledgeable, insightful, courteous, responsive, honest and willing to listen. The team was extremely hardworking, always pleasant, and willing to put in the extra hours always with the end goal of meeting prescribed timelines, which appeared to be faster than the typical general contractor. Their changes to our **** built home brought a modern touch and feel that appealed to the current buyer. JCC Concierge has stated they stand by their work, an important consideration in this day and age.   My overall experience with ***** and JCC Concierge was awesome! *** dealt with other folks but ***** and his team won me over with their swiftness and initiative, they made the process easy! It was incredible that my house went mutual after only 3 days on market!! Im grateful for ***** and his JCC Concierge Team for making the house look great and saleable, they really never missed a beat! While they were working on the home the JCC Concierge team even paid for my housing and living expenses to help bridge the time gap! Given the uncertain market climate, I was impressed at how everything was handled and I couldnt ask for a better process.   Our experience with ***** and JCC Concierge really exceeded our expectations! They were very reliable and did everything they said they were going to do efficiently. They helped us a lot with moving our items to storage and paying for our storage unit. They also booked us an Airbnb so we had somewhere to stay while our home was being worked on! Cleaning, staging and photos were taken care of for our home to be ready for the market and we never had to worry about the cost of anything until our house was sold. On a scale of ****, they definitely get an 11! I would definitely recommend ***** and the JCC Concierge team! They were on top of everything and our situation turned out perfect!
