      On 6/22/25 I ordered security cameras from ************************. A few minutes later, I found a better product and went back to the Eufy order to cancel the order. I got a pop-up window telling me they could not process my cancellation request because their system was undergoing maintenance. I tried this multiple times and continued my attempts throughout the day but always got this same pop-up. I also sent emails to their customer service. First I sent one to the email address provided in the order confirmation email, but it turned out to be a "no-reply" email address. So then I sent one to **************************** and another to *********************************** I got a reply saying that cancellation request needed to be within the one hour window from the time the order was placed. Later that evening they sent another reply saying that it was too late to cancel - the package was already shipped. The next day I got an email that gave me two options - refuse delivery or process a return. I wasn't home when it was delivered, so I've been trying to process a return. But they expect me to pay to ship it to **********. It didn't come from **********. The order was fulfilled through ****** and came from *************, just 30 miles from my house. I cancelled this order within minutes of placing it. They ignored my requests to cancel the order and shipped it anyway. Now they expect me to pay return shipping costs. All I want is for them to provide a return shipping label and refund my money. That's a reasonable request given the fact that they caused this problem in the first place.

      I received a Eufy vacuum as a gift. When setting it up I recieved an error message, specifically S1 which indicates a bad battery. I reached out to customer support to see if I was missing a step in set up. They told me to charge it for 5-6 hours. So I did that. It still didnt work. They told me they needed a receipt and I told them I didnt have one as it was a gift. So they asked for a video of the issue. I sent them one. They then responded that failure out of the box is natural and that it actually was my fault for having bigger expectations of a products longevity. Their solution to my brand new vacuums having a bad battery was that I could buy ANOTHER new vacuum for close to $1000. This company is running a scam selling faulty products that do not work new out of the box (which they said for their company is considered natural wear) and then wasting your time for days on customer service and even when you jump through every hoop they ask for tell you if you want another shot at a potentially working product you have to shell out more money.There is nothing on the box that a consumer would see that states your product may or may not work. Theres nothing to warn consumers that it is normal for these products to not function out of the box. There is nothing on the box or anywhere noticeable inside that tells customers that if they want a working product they have to keep and maintain a receipt or they give up any right to the product they purchased being as advertised. Theres nothing on the box that states you cant purchase these as a gift or else the recipient is not entitled to a working product.There is no warning to consumers that your likelihood of buying a working product is that of buying a lottery ticket. You may win and get a working product you may loose and get a normal hunk of junk that doesnt turn on. But hey you can spend $1000 to try your luck again if you reach out to customer service!

      I have brought a smart lock on Feb 4, 2025 at bestbuy from eufy and it was working and recently it has stopped working where it got stuck and cant even open or closed my door and I have contacted eufy becuase they have a ************************************************************************************************************************* that they will be able to do it and I did get the ***lacement and the ***lacement is still the same issue and Im not happy about this product and I really want my money back because it dose not work

      Ordered the eufy c10 vaccum on march 28th from ******. After a week of use, realized the vaccum was leaving trails of dirt around my house. Contacted support who sent me a replacement and I realize the replacement is also leaving trails of dirt and dog hair around my house. I have had previous eufy vacuums which did not have this problem and am led to believe this particular model is having issues. Contacted support that advised to send them more videos and they could send another replacement of the same model. I am extremely disappointed with this model of vaccum as its performance is terrible compared to the three previous eufy robo vacuums I have had. I spent a considerable amount of more money on this as I thought the self emptying feature would be beneficial however the self emptying feature is pointless if the vacuum is leaving trails of dirt throughout my house I have to then go and clean up

      I have emailed this company over six times in the last month providing information they requested on my Eufy Omni S1 vacuum/mop, I got one reply saying it was being dispatched and here we are a month later and got an email today asking me to start the process over for a $1299 product! They sent an email stating they were shipping my replacement and now they are back pedaling and I have no replacement nor any confirmation of it being shipped despite the email stating they are sending a new one!

      On tuesday the 10th of june to june 12th for 3 days my eufy security cam app stopped sending notifications. At first i thought it was the update but it turns out i was hacked by an anker/eufy employee. This person purposely used the businesses platform to try to id theft and scam me to commit fraud. They hacked my homebase, then my wired internet, and then my devices. Using remote view and taking over my phone he saw i put a bad review on ****** where i purchased all my eufy products. He then proceeded, from the info this person gathered from hacking my account(my phone number, address ect) to send me a text message claiming to be amazon and it was a phishing text claiming to be a non return refund text with a link in it. I had reset my router because i knew i was hacked and it should have gotten rid of him but it did not because he hacked me through the homebase which is wired to my internet. Proving an anker/eufy employee did this. And how else would he have gotten my phone number? I deleted the text and walla, the app started sending notifications again. He saw i deleted it and gave up because i did not fall for the scam. I called eufy and the person i talked to denied it and instead if helping a victim of a crime, aided and abetted the criminal at eufy/anker who did this to me and would not hellp me and defended the criminal.

      They recalled my battery bank A1263 and was told to sharpie that it was recalled just to verify if its been recalled expecting it to be replace anyways only to be told that it isnt a recalled unit and claims it to be in a good batch??? the recall claims for all units not just a batch. now i got a power supply with sharpie all over it and ruined

      On 5/26/25 I ordered a new Eufy SoloCam S 220 directly from Eufys website. 5/28/25 I received a USED Eufy SoloCam S220 that was shipped from a third party- not directly from Eufy. That same day I wrote to their support team and started the return/replacement process. It is now 6/13/25 and they have had the returned camera for over a week. Their last communication this morning said they are still waiting to approve a replacement. So now I have no camera and they are basically disputing they sent me a used camera. I want this resolved and a new camera (like I ordered) shipped today.

      I have had their camera system for 3 weeks and hardly had a problem but after their latest update the app no longer sends notifications that there was motion detected. Its the app that has messed everything up and they are refusing to fix it. Now they are putting my home and life at risk and they do not seem to care. Its as if they knew the product was faulty and falsely advertised as a good security system.

      I'm extremely upset with the level of support and sales service *** received so far from your phone representatives today at 11am est. Specifically, **** was rude and unprofessional during our interaction and placed me on hold without explanation or courtesy.I told **** via chat Im making one final attempt to resolve this matter over the phone. If someone from the Eufy team is willing to take my call and assist me properly, Im still open to continuing this purchase. Otherwise, I will be left with no choice but to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Eufy.I am shocked that Im facing such poor service while simply trying to buy one of your products. I expected far better from your brand and since I am already a customer.
