      I purchased the Pro 2C cameras from Eufy in April. The main selling point of these was that they would have a 180-day battery life, and I would only have to charge them twice a year. However, this is not the case. I have charged all 4 of my cameras multiple times since purchasing them. Their support team is beyond terrible. They didn't bother responding until I told them I would *** them. So far they have stated that the reason for my poor battery performance was because of the amount of "False Events," and "Poor Wi-Fi". I looked all over their website before and after purchasing this, and nowhere do they mention that the 180-day claim was based on optimal performance. This is a clear false advertisement of the product, and they do not stand behind their product and customer service. Something needs to be done before more people are fooled into purchasing this.

      Having multiple issues with my Eufy Cameras.- One Camera doesn't charge properly - Many false detections - Doesn't provide "highest priority response" via security monitoring since no video verification is done Desired Resolution: - Troubleshoot camera on back end to fix charging issue and also to reduce false detections overall - Upgrade security monitoring plan with Noonlight to provide video verification to achieve advertised claim of "highest priority response"

      They sent me one doorbell camera that only worked for 1 day. The next one they sent me rings for no reason once a week with no one around. Its been over a week Im still waiting for my new one. They were supposed to do next day delivery. They just keep telling me your baby between 3 and 8 business days even though they already received the broken ones a few days ago.

      They sent me an used product, a robot vacuum, filled with dust. I bought a new product for the Black Friday sale. I have serious allergy with animal hairs and dust.When I open the box, it was so messy and I couldn't stop sneezing. So, I was wondering and turned out it was used one with tons of dust and animals' hair. I was so shocking and screamed. Who expected a new vacuum is filled with dust? I always carry allergy shot with me since sometimes suddenly I can't breath when I breath dust and animals' hair. That time when I open the vacuum's dust tray to check why the new product covered with dust, I almost couldn't breath and it was almost killing me. So, I hurried to put the used vacuum back into the box and cleaned up my messy floor. I complained that issue to the company and they just sent me a return label. And they never send me any replacement product for a week even though I sent the dust one back to their warehouse. And they never send me any update about that issue.Also, they don't think this is a serious problem to send an dust one to a person who have a severe allergy issue. They don't act fast even though their innocent customer is suffering from shocking happening. Their customer service keeps telling me the supervisor is still reviewing over a week. I don't understand at all. I want they send me replacement product right away. I don't want to wast of my time and energy anymore.

      I purchased a Anker soundcore speaker thru ***** I returned it, it was received, credit issued but not received. Anker keeps telling me to wait, contact my bank,**** says wait 12 days. It's been a week already, not in my bank, Mastercard won't help. I'm tired of excuses!

      Purchased a cable from Anker in November 2021. Requested a replacement from Anker and they are refusing to send. Now I just want a refund and I'll buy a cable from a different company that honors their warranty.

      I bought a Efuy doorbell and it doesn't record at night even though I walk by it at night every night. It only records people in the day time. The light doesn't stay on. I have other sensor lights that come on to help it but it still doesn't record video. I can't get a hold of anyone at Efuy with robot customer service.

      Not honoring manufacturers warranty on a device within the warranty period that's no longer charging because the device was not purchased from their store. Device was purchased brand new, proof provided with Serial number. They refused to honor a repair or replacement.

      I purchased two of their cameras under their sister brand Eufy. They were the **** eufy pan and tilt cameras. I only purchased them because they were compatible with HomeKit. Their Amazon listing said they were. When I installed the cameras I found they werent HomeKit compatible. I go back to Amazon and it says they are. So I contact them, they explain that they arent. I show them the listing that shows they are (false advertising) and they acknowledge it. They change the listing and refuse to make it tight with me. They admitted the ad was falsely advertised, corrected it but refuses to fix it. I offered to pay all shipping costs and everything I just want it swapped for the HomeKit compatible camera or my money back. Reference TicketTNN148968787 If contacting eufy/anker
