      I received Eufy's newest flagship robot vacuum on May 8th, 2025. The vacuum remained sealed in its box until June 8th, when I finally had time to set it up in our new homewe had just moved in on June 1st.Since we were still in the middle of unpacking and there were boxes everywhere, I did a quick test of the machine. It powered on and seemed to work fine, so I left it alone and focused on finishing the move.On June 26th, once the house was organized and ready, I set up the vacuum to run on a schedule. However, I immediately noticed an issue: the unit stayed docked, repeatedly washing its pads but never actually going out to mop or vacuum. I contacted Eufy the same day and received a support ticket **********, two weeks later, Ive still heard nothing backdespite numerous attempts to follow up via phone, email, and their customer service chat. The live chat, in particular, has been incredibly frustrating. The agents seem to have no authority or ability to escalate issues. The representative kept repeating that the only option was to request a supervisor to contact me by emailwhich Ive been waiting for, unsuccessfully, for two weeks now.Eufy may make great products, but their customer service is severely lacking. I was about to spend over $4,000 on their security system, but after this experience, I went with a competitor instead. If its this difficult to get support for a brand-new $1,000 device, I can only imagine how bad it would be once the warranty expires. No thanks.

      Misleading Claims and Quality Issues with Eufy Smart Lock I purchased a Eufy smart door lock that was clearly advertised as **** Certified and IP65 Weatherproof. Unfortunately, this product failed to live up to those promises. Despite normal outdoor use, the lock accumulated a significant amount of water internally a serious flaw for any security device, much less one marketed for its weather-resistant capabilities.After contacting customer support, I received a generic response offering a minor discount on a replacement due to the device being out of warranty. This completely sidesteps the larger issue of product integrity and false advertising. If a weatherproof-certified lock cant withstand rain, one has to question the legitimacy of Eufys certifications altogether.I have since escalated the matter, as I believe consumers deserve transparency, especially when it comes to home security devices. As it stands, I cannot recommend this product or the companys accountability. A reevaluation of how these devices are tested and promoted is absolutely necessary.

      The worst technical support ever for the vacuum robots! Do not ever buy one. They do not honor their warranty. They give you the run around, pretending to help you, stringing you along the whole time. Saying they are going to send you a replacement, then changing their mind and telling you to send the robot in for repairs. What a waste of a company. I have 4 units. They always get stuck, they always have an error and they cost a lot of money. Do not ever buy them. This company is the worst!!!

      This is the worst company. They are charlatans. They should be sued. If you have fallen prey to them, contact your local AG, file a complaint here and contact an attorney. This company has gone beyond incompetence. They are now starting to be deceptive and, in my option, committing fraud, breaches of contract and warranty.

      Absolutely the worst, non-existent customer service customer service, no contact numbers, horrible customer service, via email only.I have been advised that the most recent defective piece of equipment requires I provide the sku number. A email with all information has been sent but they still ask for the sku number that they say I can locate on the box. They were advised when opened the box was dumped, Im not available to go to the dump and dig through the trash and find the box????.What a horrible place, signs of financial problems causes companies to start limiting replacement

      The products and customer service have really decreased in quality over the last two years. I have the home base and seven eufy cameras. I have a eufy omni x10 pro. I have had the vacuum for nine months. I need a new brush comb for it. It is sold out. Now it ***** as a vacuum. Latest issue, I was dumb enough to spend $1 for a coupon for their 3-in-1 robot vacuum. The coupon was to be mailed out February 10th. Immediately after I purchased the coupon, I emailed to cancel the transaction because that device does not have a mop. I get and email from ** telling me no refunds because my item was shipped. I sent a screen shot of the order, pointing out I had purchased an e coupons which would not be emailed to me for a month. I had nothing to return. I received nothing. They offered me 15 cents refund. Contacted my credit card and got an immediate refund. The only reason I stay with eufy is it is not subscription based and I can keep my own data on a hard drive instead of their cloud. I am searching for a better solution.

      Their products are well designed and we have found that if one of them fails they will honor their warranty consistently.We have not had a problem with them supporting and guaranteeing their residential cameras - (Eufy).

      I bought a floodlight camera and from day one it gave 100s of false detection alerts. Absolute waste of money. Their customer service is so poor that no matter how much I tried, they dont own up to it being an issue. I was sent a label to send it back on last day of warranty, that I couldnt return on time and now they refused to replace the faulty product, Their CSR and manager all very stubborn and didnt understand a customers concern and didnt own up to their faulty product.

      If I could give zero stars I would ! Bought the anker Solix battery and panel system and havnt received the panel after 3 weeks of waiting !! What a scam

      Ordered over $500 in cameras from this company and immediately tried to cancel my order as I forgot I had a gift card to apply to the order. Even though I tried to cancel the order within 20 seconds of placing it, the system said the order was "already packaged" and wouldn't allow me to cancel the order. I attempted to call during the scheduled call center hours but received a message saying no one was available to take a call. Company provided no fix to the issue.
