      Don't waste your money. Purchased two smart lock and we can't even put pass code on them, for over 3 weeks keep emailing they keep saying we will replace them. Do not buy anything from them, no customer service whatsoever. I'm waiting for ****** to get back to me and I'll make them responsible for for their bad products. ??????

      Do not by Eufy Cameras from Anker. I purchased a ********* and had to replace twice and they would not work. Anker / Eufy leads you to purchase SIM card plan for data thru ********** Dont fall for this s*** because cameras are c*** and they want refund your money for camera nor will you get refund for your gig purchased for SIM Card. Nothing more than a scam with terrible customer service, defective product, and poor customer support. Dont waste your money like I and so many others have done. These cameras and data plans should be banned for sale in the ****

      I called Eufy and told them about my problems with my security lock and how it wouldnt function so they ask for me to send in the receipt from where I purchased the product. I have sent in the receipt and told them that its from Best Buy and they have repeatedly said that they cannot see that its from Best Buy on the receipt. Dont do business with this company because they dont seem to want to go on their product.

      I did a price match with them. In the beginning they said they approve and the money will refund to the original payment. But nothing shows up. Then they ask me provide my ****** account. And said it go through to my ******. But nothing. And then they said it went through the original payment. But still nothing shows up. They just tricking customer.

      I purchased a vacuum cleaner 18 months ago, and less than 6 months later, the vacuum stopped working. They replaced for another one, but now the brush isn't working. Based on the app, the brush still had half of it's life left, so clearly not supposed to be dead. But customer service says they can't replace because the shelf live is an estimate. Who estimates that it will last 400 hours and it only actually lasts half? That's false advertising or malfunctioning. So many issues in such a short period of time and awful customer service. Very disappointing

      ******. Ordered a 300 dollar camera from them, it completely stopped connecting, and then when I email back and forth with them (I only wanted a store credit or a replacement item, not my money back), they offered me a measly 20% discount if I spend hundreds more, because after all that's what these things cost now. What a joke. Ring is the safer choice, literally.

      Purchased a deadbolt from Eufy in 2021. A deadbolt, an item that should last a lifetime, or at least ***** years. My screen stopped functioning, I contacted customer support. They let me know there was nothing that could be done. I asked to have the issue escalated. I have all original receipts and information. They said I'd be put on a "Supervisor call que" but and I quote "I likely wont get a call back". I then asked to leave a formal complaint and the agent hung up on me. This was after 20 minutes on the phone. No wonder this company has a 1.5 star rating. Awful.

      OMG! These people are a disaster when it comes to customer service and giving solutions. Every time you call it takes from 30min-1hr for them to get back to you. Once on the phone they go back to their notes and repeat the same solution as the prior representative. Then they escalate the situation by email, another representative gives the same solutions. Just PICK UP THE ***** and CALL your client.IS that so difficult? Eufy/Anker if you don't have the knowledge with your internal team, then outsource this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING! Going to be returning ALL equipment if I can't solve this in one week. the problem: my husband is able to see all recordings and I can't even though he has shared all privileges with me through the app. Inexplicable!

      The product didn't work as advertised and support refused to honor the 30-day return as outlined in ***. They added other criteria NOT LISTED in TOS
